I couldn't recommend AQC more for any work needed to your foundation/crawlspace. I was very nervous about who to go with in order to repair our damaged support posts as well as to install new joists/beams, as well as a barrier under our front porch (not to mention encapsulation and removing old insulation). The AQC team did an amazing job, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We received several quotes, and theirs was by far the best value for money.

David and team encapsulated the crawlspace under my house and did landscaping work to redirect water away from the house. David & his crew did an awesome job repairing cracks in foundation wall and adding drainage system to a crawlspace. Came in under budget compared to other companies who seemed to just try and up sell us. He is a true professional and when finished with the work, everything was clean and perfect! Office is super responsive to questions and he covered all of our concerns. David went above and beyond what we expected! Would highly recommend.

They were super helpful with fabulous customer service. They didn't try to oversell me and actually told me that I didn't need everything that other contractors were telling me I had to have. They were all very respectful and kind during the job and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing. They are extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They sealed up our crawlspace, added vapor barrier, added new piping and connected it to our sump pump, took out some concrete to add a pipe, and put everything back in place!

David Gardner and his team were hands down, utterly phenomenal! Their customer service, pricing, and knowledgeable willingness to answer questions was so greatly appreciated. I got 3 quotes and not only was theirs the most reasonable, they were the most willing to accommodate me as I had LOTS of questions and concerns and called many times over a couple of weeks as I tried to decide who to use. Mrs.Jewel and David never hesitated to answsr my questions thoroughly. Their clean up job was impeccable. Please do yourself a favor and call them NOW. You won't be disappointed. My basement was taking in so much water that there was a puddle in the middle of the floor. It has been bone dry since they left. I can not say enough good things about them.

Initially I went with a much more expensive company ,but got cold and cancelled the other company. Very glad I did. Mr Gardner did an excellent job and saved me a bunch of money. They also came out promptly and managed to do the work between rain storms. (Not a drop of water in the house since the work was done).

I wish I had found them sooner! David and his team did a fantastic job. From the first phone call to completion of the job, I had a wonderful experience with them. They were so courteous, professional an timely. Jewel was always responsive with phone calls and emails, and David always beat me to the job site. His entire team was so helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. This is not my first rodeo with crawlspace issues, so I knew that David was giving me a reasonable price when he quoted the job. I will definitely work with them again in the future!

We hired David after getting quotes from 3 other companies. His estimate was almost half the cost for the same work, but that doesn t mean the quality of work is any less. We needed all the existing moldy installation removed, floor joists fogged, French drain installed, sump pump installed, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. His crew did an amazing job fixing all the water issues in our crawl space. He listened to our concerns and adjusted his plan to ensure we were happy. His crew was polite and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and made the whole experience less stressful. We would recommend them to anyone.

David and his crew work very well. He found a leak in a pipe within my crawlspace that 2 other plumbers did not find. Good customer service, friendly, they will not cut corners and they are honest.

Crawlspace Encapsulation/ Remediation. AQC knows their stuff. Their quote was several thousand below competitors. They are not high-pressure at all. AQC was able to answer every question I had; prior, during the work as well as after completion. I am blown away by their knowledge, customer service, work ethic, quality of work, follow-up and so much more! Very professional, great personalities/character; each and every person at AQC - from Jewel, David, Kareem and all the guys who labored tirelessly in my cramped crawlspace. Waterproofing at ground level, where basement windowsill was slightly below ground and water seeped into basement around windowsill. Removed window and closed opening with cement filled cement blocks. Waterproof wall outside and inside, Installed pipe to french drain and a catch basin at top of outside steps next to windowsill. Top notch work! Messy job, but did excellent clean up.

I would highly recommend AQC. They did a fantastic job incapsulating my crawl space and putting in some French drains. They were professional, afffordable, and timely. Great company.

AQC Waterproofing gave us a fair price that was significantly less than one of their main competitors. Jewel, David, Kareem, John and crew are all very friendly and gave us a straight forward plan for addressing our water issues in the crawl space and pointers for getting water to shed away from the foundation. They even went so far as to extend drain lines from the AC units away from the house.

I read all these reviews before calling AQC Waterproofing. The reviews were all accurate!!. I had crawl space moisture problem. I have had many crawl space "experts" come and give opinions and estimates. Some experts leaving out key aspects of a successful encapsulation. After educating myself on crawl space science and solutions I knew what I was after. David Gardner (owner) and staff (Johnny) came to my home to review the problems. They were thorough, knowledgeable, personable and exceedingly patient with my numerous questions. In addition some settlement issues needed to be addressed. They evaluated gave me their recommendations and promptly sent a quote the next business day. The work these gentleman and their staff provided was top notch, within budget and they identified some areas needing attention and addressed them. They too provided a needed extra insurance measures at no cost to me. In short they want to do the job right, do the job to the highest standards and will return until the customer is satisfied. I would be remiss if I did not describe their integrity, honesty and kindness- not often words used to describe contractors. In my many years as a Home Inspector and Remodeling Contractor, I have dealt with many contractors and want as well as expect honest quality work.
