I thought my leak was repaired but later on we had another storm and lo behold the leak was in the same spot. I have called this company back numerous times but all I received was excuses or saying he would be out but never showing up. He did mention that the leak could have been caused by something else and would cost about $600 extra to repair which I don't have right now.I He said he would come out to check it, but never showed up or called. If I had known my roof problem was not resolved I would not have paid out extra money on repainting the living room and foyer.

"1st of all we do give a30 day warranty on roof repairs... This job is well out of warranty...but we were going,help this customer out any way...As for paintproblemwe are careful to professionally paint or customers homes as they were our own!! I would need to see?there had been trash&suchin previous paintwork...Customer was quite happy with work apon completion of work performed But her schedule,has been delayed from her being out of town,to California to funeral or something...and we have spoken to her&told her we could still help her out,even out of warranty by adding a reroute of storm water on incorrectly installed valley on roof...these. Kinds of comments are why we don't except all customers...We would like to helpthiscustomer when her schedule permits...was told before for free,even though she is well out warranty!"
