Russ was punctual, and very polite - the sort of person you'd like to invite to dinner. He got on the roof and found the spot where the roof was leaking. By way of comparison, we'd had one other roofer before him inspect the roof for an estimate, and not only did the previous guy refuse to get on the roof, (it was wet and he said it was "moldy"), he wanted to charge us $350 just to do a water test to find the leak. Russ went up on the roof, spotted it, and said he could send a guy to seal it up, or said we could just get a handyman to get up there with some sealant. He even told us which sealant to use. No charge, he said, since he was in the area. He will definitely get our business when our roof needs to be replaced.

Our roof was inspected and repaired 1 1/2 years ago. We were told it was in good shape and no need to worry about it for another 5 years. After the tropical water spots started appearing on our ceiling during the storm we had a month ago. I called them and scheduled them to come and tarp the roof until it could be repaired. They covered a small area and an hour later the tarp began to blow away. I had to call and have them come back and do it again! They charged me $800.00 for two tarps. I would not have needed a tarp if they had inspected and completed the repairs correctly before. I was told there were a lot of people ahead of me before they could come back out.

I was very pleased. They did the job.

First Russ Noyes himself is super nice, polite, professional. (Russ is the kind of guy that at the start of your estimate will help you bring in your trash cans, which is an extra big deal if your husband is deployed to the Middle East). His crew is equally nice, polite and skilled. They have nice looking trucks and dumpsters and took care to protect my yard and driveway. They showed up on time, left their work area clean and tidy each day. After the 2015 Hailstorm I saw LOTS of other roofing companies in my neighborhood...The Russ Noyes crew is best all around. The workmanship was good. They were on time. They did the job, and the bottom line is that it has been 6 months and it is not leaking. The Interface with me was good, but really appreciated him going to my insurance company & discussing the wind damage & they in turn did pay for it.

The Lady who answered the phone was kind, we agreed to a date and time. I thought everything was good until she asked for my credit card information. I asked why, they take a $49.00 deposit just to show up. In this day of identity theft giving my credit card information over the phone to a stranger or just a estimate is not someone I'd like to do business with.

I had spoken to or tried to speak to no less than 5 roofers about this..................I didn't get call backs or if I did, no one came out to quote or didn't provide a proposal. Lots of time devoted to this. I was aware that I didn't have a big job. Finally I contacted Russ Noyes Roofing. (I guess I was saving the best for last.) An appointment was agreed on and a confirmation call was received from their Office ..(Bonnie) the day of the meeting. I was already impressed! When Russ came out I even took note of how professional and clean his truck was. I showed him the roof in need....he asked permission to go up on the roof and said he could give me a quote within 30 minutes....AND HE DID! I coudln't sign it fast enough to get on with the job.....Next step Russ broght over samples after I had selected 4 from a website. When I said I would have to get the Historical approval he said he would take care of all of that. AND HE DID1... He gave me am esimated date and I got another call from Bonnie letting me know. The roofers were professional, neat and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased and have recommended them to family, friends and associates. You won't be disappointed.

We are very happy with how the roof turned out. The whole team did a good job. We paid attention to the small things here and there that the company did. My outlook is: If one handles the small things correctly, then even more attention to details will go into the Main project. I cannot list everything here, but a few "small" things that stood out and made the experience better: 1) They stuck to the schedule inspite of the almost-daily rains. 2) Job finished within the promised time. 3) Shingles delivered to site, on the DAY of the install. 4) Fresh stock on shingles. The production / manufactured date of the shingles showed they where only 3 WEEKS old ! 5) In addition to protecting the landscape - they even used a protective breathable mesh to protect my HVAC AC unit outside. 6) Did not use the traditional heavy dumpster that can destroy your driveway. Instead used a dump trailer on wheels. 7) At ALL times, there was atleast one person on site who was fluent in English. 8) Even at lunch-time, there was ALWAYS someone working onsite.

The project, start to finish, was a smooth and painless experience. The price was a bit more than another quote, but I knew my roof was going to be trouble and I wanted the peace of mind that it would be done right. My roof is a 12/12, meaning it's a steep, 45 degree angle pitch on a two story house. In addition to the extra challenging steep angled roof, the roof had several known weak spots in the plywood that were turning into holes. The tiles were also higher quality HD tiles adding a bit more dimension and flashing was added at the joints for a more modern, cleaner look. The crew arrived on time everyday and were mindful of the neighbors. Work was performed on scheduled and completed in 6 days. The quality of work they did was outstanding. In the end, they ended up replacing 18 plywood boards, taking pictures of each piece that was replaced. Additionally, the tile purchased from GAF came with 10 year non-prorated coverage and a lifetime limited warranty from the manufacturer. Following the installation, a GAF representative inspected the roof and I received the warranty info about a month later in the mail. Overall, extremely pleased with my new roof.

The professionalism is outstanding and I recommend this roofer over others because I did my homework and very pleased with the work and dedication to their craft.

It could not have been any better. From our first discussions about what was needed and what would be provided using the GAF shingle system until the final inspection everything went well. From Russ himself to Eric in the office to the job superintendent Mike and the entire crew everyone worked together as a team. The house is large, almost 4000 sq. ft., but they finished it in a week. Our house looks terrific. No more worries about leaks. We are so glad we went with the HD shingles; they make big difference in appearance. Our thanks to everyone in the company. Now I go out to the front yard and sit and stare at our house with a big smile on my face.

Met with Russ, very personable and trustworthy. Had other estimates around the same ballpark, but went with Russ and very satisfied. His office staff is roof workers themselves very hard working. Roof looks great would highly recommend

From start to finish this company was a pleasure. Always prompt and even called if they were going to be a little late. They took the time to explain our different options and made recommendations in our best interest. Our job turned out to be a little more extensive than planned, but the price that was quoted never changed.....no surprises!! The owner of the company and Dex were on site working with their crew and advising on the issues that came up. The crew was always on time, professional, and cleaned up after the roof was finished. They don't disclose that they charge for an estimate on their website. They were very punctual in responding to my quote request, probably because they don't have a lot of work. I told them I was not comfortable paying for an estimate when I have never done business with them before - and I have no idea if their quotes are reasonable. They told me that their service was not "for everyone" as if they only do business with the upper crust - people who don't mind paying close to $50 for a quote - and probably don't bother to get multiple quotes. We own 22 rental properties. We are not looking for the lowest price, but good value for our money, as I'm sure most of you are. I cannot recommend this company.

I called a lot of roofers in the area and took several bids due to the size of the house and knowing there was a lot of damaged wood. My call to Russ's company unlike others was answered promptly and an appointment was set within minutes. The lady who takes the calls at this company is an example of what customer service should sound like. I explained some of the issues of the job so she scheduled the owner of the company to do the quote. If your looking for a new roof or repairs just call Russ, and save yourself some time. I had six quotes on this roof and all the prices were close but Russ is the only one who pointed out a few other items that needed attention, did ventilation calculations, and explained the process exactly. I currently had a leak in the roof as well and Russ in the only one who put a patch on it during the measuring. Everyone else wanted to send a repair crew and charge me. The work went on time at budget and they gave me a CD with photos of all the damaged areas before and after repair. I have no complaints.

Eric was polite, professional and helpful on the phone. Understanding that he couldn't see the scope of work for himself, he was knowledgeable and able to confirm that his competitor was "in the ballpark". Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation contacting this company to perform work for me in the future.

It went great. They were very professional and they came in with a bid at a much lower price. They actually went up on the roof to take a look at the repair and didn’t charge us till they did the work. We signed up for a maintenance plan. We are very happy with them.

I am very pleased with the professional service I received from Russ Noyes Roofing. From my first phone contact with Eric DeWitt and a personal estimate/service from Dex Carr made me want to give my business to their company. I was very impressed with the professional, helpful and trusting ways they conducted their business and this made them the number 1 choose in the many estimates I had received. They both took time to explain my roofing problems and how they would be fixed. I know nothing about roof repairs and I appreciate the knowledge they gave me about the step by step procedure repairing my roof. Eric was very polite and took time to discuss my roofing problems with me and his help made my decision to have an estimate. Dex was on time for the appointment and did a top to bottom exam of my roof and the problems I was having. It was raining during his appointment so he was able to show me the leaks with pictures and video he had taken while in my attic. Eric was also very polite and knowledgeable in his presentation. The job was well done and all appointments were on time. A phone call before they arrived was helpful for me to remember the appointments The roof repairs took less than a day and the chimmey cap replaced took only a few hours. . Everything went really well and very smoothly. This was the easiest and quickest experience I've had ever had with hiring someone to perform a service. I wish all companies had the same level of professionalism and such timely service. When I contacted the company on Angie's list i received a message back within minutes. The appointment was scheduled soon after I spoke to Eric and the technician, Dex was at my home to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate about one week later. The roof was fixed just a few days later and the technician who made the roof repair was the same technician who provided the estimate.

Russ Noyes (owner) personally inspected the roof and accurately sketched the roof line. When he presented the estimate, he clearly detailed what the problem was and how his company would fix it. Of the three estimates we got for the roof, it was the cheapest and by far the most detailed. You expect to get a guarantee for the work, however, it was the first time we ever received a guarantee for the professionalism of the workers! Russ is concerned about the quality of his company's work and the quality of the people providing that work. The work was done professionally, on time and on budget. We definitely would use this company again.
