Everything was great. Their man had to come back the following morning to finish up as he needed additional material to build up the area as it was a double roof when he started removing skylight. I was very impressed.

It went fantastic! I really appreciate my contact with the company (the admin asst.) that was so calming, professtional and great to work with. She represented the company very well! I was also pleased with there bid and the work done. I wouldn't hesitat to recommend them. I had part of a VERY large tree hit the corner of my roof and it happened in the middle of our rainy season so I couldn't wait to get it finished. I did my homework and had about 10 bids...Russ Noyes was not the least expensive but they weren't the most expensive either. I was very satisfied with the estimate (typed instead of written) and with the service. . ..and the women in the office that answers the calls and actually returns your call is steller...great employee!!!!

Job went very well. Home was two story wiht wood deck and pool on back side. Stripping roof materials and rotten wood went well and we had good weather. Payed for materials need to replace rotten wood. Once wood replacement was finished, felt was put down and installation of shingles followed. Work crew was experienced and professional, efficient in work. Owner was primary contact for contract, scheduling, walk through and overall delivery of project. Yard had landscaping around home and pool with deck in back. Several clean up sweeps were necessary for locating and removing nails that came off roof during the stripping of materials off of the roof. Note that nails would get caught in plan limbs or leaves at times and in between boards on wood deck. Thus several sweeps and walk troughs was necessary to complete this task. Owner replaced chimney stack with one from his warehouse which had a much improved look from existing cap which was going to stay in place. He did so at no extra charge. Contractor went over contract several times prior to start, kept his schedule, collaborated on contract scope of work and stuck to deliverable work, fulfilling contract items. Was informative and patient in answering questions on roofing terms, technology and material warranties. Provided 7 year reroof warranty for labor and separate 30 year shingles warranty by manufacturer.

Very professional and they even came back to complete the cosmetic changes on the underside of the rafters.

I don't have any complaints. They came out gave me the estimate then came out a few days later did the job. I have not had any issues yet. I paid what the estimate was no issues.

Overall, I never saw the repair crew come or go but the job was done well and my roof doesn't leak.

Russ personally handled the business side. He explained in detail what he would do, how he would do it, what it would cost, how long it would take and when it would start and end. Everything he said is exactly what happened. It was a totally drama free experience. His price at the end was exactly what he quoted. He started on time and finished on time. His crew work hard, kept the job clean and left no sign that they had been here. The county inspectors told me they know exactly what to expect from Russ. He passed both inspections the first time. I strongly recommend Russ Noyes and while I hope to never need a new roof, I will call him first if I do.

I found Russ On Angie's List. He came out as promised. He was on time, gave an estimate. He set a date to perform the repair. He came out as promised and soon my roof was looking like nothing was ever wrong!

We thought we might have a leak in our built up tar-and-gravel roof because we found rust near the tops of the down rods on two ceiling fans in our living room. It was not until after Russ' visit that we remembered the likely cause; leaks developed 10 years ago, shortly after the current roof was put on. That contractor had to come back and replace a section the size of a pickup truck. But when Russ arrived neither my wife or I recalled what had happened 10 years earlier. Russ and I went up on the roof and he commenced a thorough inspection. "No water got through this roof," he reported, "It's in perfect condition." What a relief to deal with an honest person. While he performed no other work for us, Russ earned our trust and respect that day.

They provided excellent service and I would call them again.

Having a roof replaced is like going to the dentist; it's never totally enjoyable but doesn't have to hurt. That's what working with Russ and Christina and their crew was, as pleasant as such an undertaking can be. Christina handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Russ takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows in the details. After they finished, Russ and his crew spent a long time going around the house looking for loose nails and hardware, and this was on a cold day when it would have been easy for them to be in a hurry to leave. We have had two other roof replacements done, but this is the first time I have ever been able to enthusiastically recommend a contractor. When the time comes to get your roof worked on, give Christina a call.

I think they did a great job on the installation. The quality of work was really top notch. I was very satisfied with the whole job. I think they were very responsible and congenial people. I do not have any complaints whatsoever and I would gladly recommend them for this kind of job.
