I would give him a total of five stars, but it remains to be seen if his work, which looks great now, will hold up after we take out the support braces in a couple of weeks. We are confident it will be fine and would change our overall rating from four and a half stars to five. The material is difficult to repair without replacing entire panels or the whole fence, and you can’t paint over vinyl to change the color.
