Excellent design profile for our landscape. Gave us several suggestions based on what we thought we wanted. Great workmanship and completed project on time. Very easy to deal with and patient on requested changes.

We were so happy with the re-landscaping of the front yard that we asked Robert to also re-landscape the back garden. Robert was very easy to work with and made every effort to incorporate our requests. Robert suggested adding a water feature to the garden which, although we were hesitant at first. turned out better then we imagined.

When discussing the initial process, I was led to understand that the electrical wiring was included in the total price, however, when the project started I was told that I would neeed to hire an electrician to complete the electrial part of the project. I found this to be unsatisfactory.

They came in at a quality price and did the work. While he was there I had him install some outdoor lighting as well. I was viewing some other work of his and decided to upgraded my pond to 4 tears, then I noticed there was only two tears after he finished the install. He let me know it would be an additional $300 to install the other tears which he missed and we agreed upon $100. He stated he would be by in a week but when it came to following up I have not received any responses from him. The work he did was great, he just hasn't gotten back in touch with me to finish the work.

I met with Robert of Quality Lawn Services and after careful consideration, I hired him to replace my shrubs with more appealing foliage. We agreed that he will come that Saturday late morning. I thought the price was a little steep but after reading the reviews I said I rather pay a little extra and have it done right the first time. Robert was extremely late arriving to my home citing unable to locate all the plants he asked can he reschedule for Monday. Monday was not an option. After all is said and done the COMPLETED WORK WAS BEYOND WHAT I IMAGINE. I love it. My neighbors love it. It has great curb appeal and character.

Their service was timely. They were professional. They were creative. They finished early. We received more for our money than we expected. We were impressed with the waterfall and landscaping and so were our friends and neighbors. The end result was awsome.

Quick response to my request. Quality work which fit with my plaan for the yard. Made use of good existing landscaping while adding new plants, mulch, etc. for a fair price.

I paid this company over $6000 to seed my lawn. It is horrible. They gentleman did not tell me until the project was ended that he hadn't seed a lawn in 15 years, and given that his company has been in business for 15 years, it is apparent that my lawn is the first lawn he has seeded. The company but down Pensacola Bahia. They over fertilized the soil which results in a severe weed problem. After 12 days of my lawn being down 99% of the lawn is weeds. They sprayed the lawn to kill the vegetation before they started seeding, and did not see it fit to remove the dead vegetation to give the seeds a fighting chance. This project should be redone.

Robert dod a very good job for me. I was very happy with the quality of the work.

Not only does he do excellent work, he is prompt and returns call. I will continue to use Quality Lawn Service.
