Excellent job, would use again.

He said 2-3 hours but they spend 5 hours but the guy was fantastic. He was a great guy and he did a great job. I just can’t stop said good stuff about them. He was absolutely superb and he is doing this for 15 years and he is really good at it.

Sorry forgot names of the wonderful young man and woman who arrives timely, and got right to work. Never stop for almost 2 hrs. I must say we keep our 1998 Cherokee Jeep in good condition, but they made it like new. Only a few minor dents of ours would show it is not a new car. Our driveway was left clean. Just know if wanted to sell the car now, we would get top price for it. Definitely would use them again!!!

The two cleaners were very professional, friendly and fast. They got the van completely ready and in showroom condition by the time it was needed (4pm). They were even able to completely remove all stains, pen marks and make the scuffed areas of the leather appear new again.

The work that was done, was as expected for a mobile detail business. Not extremely great not horribly bad, average. I noticed the price was a little steep and initial communication on the type of work and the costs were not stated clearly. Besides this, everything was considered average or above.

They're great people. I like the company. I will give them another try but I wouldn't do it in the middle of summertime. They worked hard. I can't complain about it.

Was originally scheduled for Monday, but got a call from them saying they couldn't make it as their detail van was in the shop, so rescheduled for Tuesday. A man & woman arrived to do the cleaning, both seemed nice. After they arrived, I confirmed what they would be doing. When I spoke about the headlights being cleaned the man said "oh you wanted that done, well someone took my headlight kit along with my drill out of the van so I don't have it to do it . I told him it was part of the price and we actually specifically stated that we wanted the headlights done because they were so dull. He said he could go get cleaner from home depot & if we had a drill then he could do it. We let them use our drill. After about 1 1/2 hours we were told they were done. While checking the car, many things were missed and I kept showing them and then they would clean it. After about 15 mins of this I was no longer wanting to keep on doing this so I paid them and they left. After they left we looked more at the car. Wow, more like a really good cleaning job but in no way a detail. The windows looked terrible. The radio area was actually greasy to the touch.The headlights were done so badly, really not even worth the time or money. I would not use this company in the future.

Overall it was a good experience. They were easy to schedule with. They called to let me know they were running a little behind. I noticed a few things they missed in cleaning like fingerprints on the back window. They were able to get a sticker off my window that I had been trying to get off for months. It was a little more expensive than other offers I have seen but overall I was satisfied.

Two workers showed up on time and went right to work detailing, they were very professional and experts in their field. My car looks amazing, I was considering repainting, but they revived the existing paint to a high gloss finish. I am very impressed with the work performed and would highly recommend this service.

AWESOME!!! They came to my office to detail my 10 year old truck. It looks like a brand new truck, inside and out. The truck had sat under a tree for several months, and the inside was the victim of more than one spilled drink. The wheels were completely orange from brake dust, and now they shine like new. I'd definitely recommend On the Spot and will use them again!

He did a good job and the car looks good. They washed all the mats and got all the grit out. They blanched and bleached the engine. They cleaned the interior. Everything was clean and they did a nice job. I liked the fact that they came to my house. He was very good. The price was what I expected. He took all day. He came at 8:30 in the morning and was done at 2 in the afternoon. I was very pleased and had no issues whatsoever.

It went great. I am horrible about maintaining my car and it had really fallen into a sad state. I think I've washed it maybe 2 times this year; probably hasn't been waxed in over a year. Knew I needed to find a Mobile Service to help rectify the situation. Saw the reviews for "On the Spot" and decided to go for it. I know everyone picks at the price but really - it's worth it if you really want a nice, shiny clean car. I travel between here & NC about 4 times a year with 2 dogs - one a black lab; and they got all that dog hair out! Car is as shiny bright as the day I bought it 6 years ago; (shinier since I bought it used and even Lexus didn't deliver it this clean!) Kudos to team "Keith & Lindsey" who spent well over 3 hours getting the job done. As for other details: I bought the coupon on Wednesday - got called that night that they could come out the next day. Couldn't ask for better than that! Sweet deal - and no down time on my part since they come to you. Well worth it.

I have used this company before and came back to them as they did a great job the first time. I will continue to use them in the future and have recommended them to others in my office.

They did a good job. It seemed expensive. I would not use them if it wasn't for the deal.

Was skeptical using a mobile detailing service but On the Spot did an excellent job washing, waxing and detailing my wife's car. Car looks brand new. Patrick and Lindsey were professional and showed up on time. Will use again in future.

We decided to have our wagon detailed prior to selling it. This was the car we used for fishing, camping and road trips with family, kids and dogs. It definitely needed more than just a simple vacuum and wash. I had received an email from Angie's List advertising On the Spot Mobile Detailing's $175 Premium Auto Detailing Package and decided to give them a try. I purchased the deal and then emailed them to set up an appointment. We texted back and forth a bit while trying to set a day and time, but it eventually worked out. On the day of the appointment, two workers arrived about an hour early, acknowledging they were early. This was not a problem for us. I showed them around the car, confirmed which package we had purchased and they set right to work. I had offered them an exterior electrical outlet and bottled water, but they were completely self contained and graciously declined. They worked on the wagon for about an hour and forty-five minutes. When we walked out to inspect the car I was hopeful that it would look half-way decent for the sale. In actuality the car looked phenomenal! I honestly don't know how they did it! Of course the car did not look show-room-new, but it was beyond all our expectations! The exterior was shiny and clean, unlike it had been since I bought it. Scratches had been buffed out so that even with the few nicks in the paint that it had, it still looked awesome. The interior smelled fresh, with every nook and cranny clean and sparkling. Although the seats and carpet were quite worn, they had been cleaned well and the pile looked plush. In fact everything looked so good that I put butcher paper on the seat and floor when I needed to drive it, so I wouldn't mess anything up before it was sold. I would not hesitate to enlist their services again, and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy with the work. We had a little bit of an issue on the initial schedule, only guy was able to come out and while I allotted a couple hours for the process, maybe even 3, the fact it was one guy, he felt he would have to rush it and did not want to do a hack job since, in his words, "I know you are paying a lot of money for this service". So we rescheduled. The second time, two guys came out, and they did a fantastic job, even buffing out (to a degree, not perfect but it was more than I expected) a scratch along one of the sides of my car. My only complaint here is that since 1 guy came last time, I assumed only 1 was coming again, and I only had $20 on me to tip out. I would have gotten out $40 for 2 guys. I appreciate hard work, and these guys earned it. All in all, I would use them again, though it is a bit costly.

They did a really good job. It looks better and i ended up getting a lot more. Everything was clean and they didn't miss anything. It took them a while but it was because they had to do the details. They showed up a little late but it was because of the traffic. Their price was a little high.

They did a fantastic job on the car. There were some areas they could not make look showroom shine new, however, they explained why and it made sense to me. The car looked great, very clean inside and out. The one complaint I do have is that they took everything out of the car to clean it, but didn't put it back. The left it in a large plastic garbage bag.

Car was washed and interior was cleaned. About the same level of service and performance I get from the car wash on Route 60 for $40.00

they showed up on time and they worked n my car for about 3 hours, great results, but it would be nice if the price is a little less, but I guess since they come to you house it is worth it than wait at a car wash. will def use this company again.

This company provided great service. I called Monday morning, and they sent 2 men to work on the car at my home the same day. The appointment was scheduled for 3pm, but they arrived early to beat the rain - even better! The car now looks brand new - they did a great job. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again in the future!

Did a good job. Was able to get some minor scratches out. Advised me about sun damage to the hood of car and what to do.

Despite it's age, my car looks great! Two people came to our house and both did a great job.They called when they were running 15 min. late, which was nice to know but not a problem. With extra effort, well-water stains from our sprinkler system were completely buffed out. This is a fantastic accomplishment as no other detailer has been willing to put in the required effort. Oscar did and the results are great! The other detailer was female and willing to buff the stains but just wasn't strong enough for them. New small stains on the cloth upholstery are completely gone. The car's painted surfaces have a super shiny appearance. The sides of the doors and inside the gas flap opening were cleaned and shiny, areas most detailers skimp over. I am very pleased with this service and intend to inquire about their maintenance services. There are 2 tiny areas that need better attention. I selected this Co. with confidence and haven't been disappointed with 98% of their work. I'm confident these small issues will be resolved as soon as I have a chance to call in. They have made an appointment to come do the job. They are committed to high quality service. Update: The company sent staff back for 2 small problems with the initial detailing. They came as scheduled and took care of the problems. Excellent service! Many companies would not bother to return.

They were prompt and did a beautiful job. My car looked better than new. I will definitely use them again.
