"This detailing service was completed on 1-22-18. We tried contacting you multiple times to get your credit card payment and had to leave voicemails. Our tech tried to also contact you when I told him we were trying to get payment. We did not receive payment until 1-24-18. When I talked with you on the phone on 1-24-18, you mentioned that he did a great job on the interior. Then mentioned that the exterior was good but was not what you had expected and asked for a discount. Our tech told me that he did everything that was on the Show Room Shine package description. I talked with our tech on the phone about the detail and he said that you were happy with the results but that there were a few water spots on one part of the car due to possible rain. He let you know that would be extra but you chose not to pay the amount. The buffing and water spot removal is not included in our Show Room Shine detailing package. He also mentioned that you showed him the swirl marks that needed to be fixed that were on the vehicle prior to him detailing that day. He managed to get them out and he said you came out and were happy because he took care of them. I do have pictures that he sent to me of how the vehicle looked after detailing. They look excellent! Also, my tech said that he did not say that the wax he used on the car was the spray wax. He used the Meguiar's paste/carnauba wax on it. He explained to me that you had asked him how to keep up with the car and a wax to use for water spots if needed after the detail that day and then he walked to his vehicle and showed you the bottle of Meguiar's wax that you could purchase if you wanted to do so. Our tech has been with us for 3+ years and has been detailing since 1995. We stand behind his work 100% and we know that he did an excellent job. We were not told of the problem until 2 days after the detail was finished. There was nothing in the voicemail when you called in on Monday after hours that said you were not happy with the way things went that day. We do stand behind our service and also expect to receive payment on the day of service and a call from our clients the day of service if you are not satisfied. We had to contact you for payment."

She had a few conditions, including that we detail her vehicle at a discounted price. We sent out tech out to do the job at the agreed upon price."
