Mobile Detailers - On the spot detailing

Good service, on time, well done, BUT . . . told me to look at the web site for prices when I stopped in to make the appointment. The web site priced out $10 less than charged at completion and they also wanted to charge an additional $4 for the credit card. I paid the whole bill in cash (including the extra ten). I tipped $10 (normally I tip $20 for this job) but did not return to have GF's car done the following week. Just didn't seem professional enough to feel good with return business. That's just me. You may feel differently. After all, the clean up and wax were good!

I was a satisfied customer for years--during those past services my car was spotless, inside and out. During this last service, the detailer did a great job on the inside. However, the outside of my car was poorly done. My car was streaky and spotted. The technician told me that he used a one-step spray wax on my car. However, their website says they use a three-step waxing process, including using clay bar and carnauba wax. When I bought this to the attention of the office staff, I was dismissed and charged the full amount for the service, even though that level of service was not received. Disappointing, not only because of the service not being what was promised, but that they management does not stand behind their services.

Scheduled way in advance, pulled boat, parked in driveway and they canceled 10 minutes before they were to arrive.

After a false start company made it right and Mike and Ed came out and did a good job. I would recommend and use again.

They came to my office the next day. My car looked and smelled wonderful after the service. The guy worked very hard with great detail and he was very polite. I will use them again and would recommend their services. The price was also very good for mobile detailing.

I called on Thursday to make an appointment, was told someone would be at my house Saturday between 3-5 and would get a call early. Not only no call, but no show. What a disappointment. These people have a Tampa office too and go by detailingorlando.com and detailingtampabay.com. If you can't make it, call. I am very understanding. I emailed and called three times

I was disappointed by the quality of service especially considering that I have used them three times in the past. They did not perform the detailing themselves rather, they subcontracted the work to another detailing company. It was disappointing considering I was a return customer, but I gave the guy a chance. First, the guy did a decent car wash, better than going to a car wash place, but not as good as I previous times. Previous times they left it so clean and the color popped so well I could clearly see my reflection in the silver paint. This time the reflection in the paint was slightly blurry but it was a decent wash. The interior was a different story, the inside of my cars were basically slathered in greasy cleaner, was not thoroughly vacuumed, and the carpet and seats were not shampoo'd, rather steamed and brushed. This left the stains in the seats and it felt uncomfortable to touch my car. As mentioned before, this was not the experience I expected from them, but it's what I got. I am still trying to get better service or a refund. Frustrating and disappointing.

EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT I DIDN'T SEE THEM USE THE CLAY BAR ON MY VEHICLE WHICH IS 8 YRS. OLD; ALSO THEY FINISHED BY WAXING THE CAR WITH A LIQUID WAX INSTEAD OF A PASTE WAX. THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY MELT THE PASTE WAX AND PLACE IT IN A BOTTLE FOR EASIER HANDLING..

Really good inside, average outside. I had someone else do outside and really made a big difference.

There were little details of some small amounts of wax left in a few spots. Weathertec mats not washed, but overall I would give him a B+ and hire him again.

Thanks for adding 10 years to my vehicle. My vehice was not 15 years old as you stated it was 5 years old. I worked at a car wash for 3 years while I was in high school. If you can't do a better job than a bunch of kids cleaning cars in the winter in Cleveland than you probably need to watch what your say. The service that was done on my car was ok, not good, not great. I would rather have the two guys up on Hwy 301 clean my car. I tipped them 50 dollars because they did such a nice job. They worked there butts off for the 20 dollars they were charging and I really appreciated their work ethic. Since you did not tell the truth about the age of my car. You now get this write up.

Detailing on my car was performed at my house. Setting up appointment was easy and Samuel was on time. He was very friendly and was working hard. Car was already in a good shape but looked very good afterwards. Not perfect (a few fingerprints and some dirt/dust in difficult places) but acceptable. That being said I felt I was overcharged. It only took him 75 minutes to detail my car. I suppose may car being in good shape and being rather small lead to very reduced efforts. There was clearly time to clean the car further (e.g. under the hood nothing was cleaned) or a price adjustment should have been done. As a businessman I would have probably offered a nice discount for another detailing in order to compensate = keep customer happy and generate more business. I made the business aware of this but they decided to "take the money and run". Based on the price leading to average value of services performed as well as business' reaction I will not do business with them again.

I didn't use them, I left a review back in April 2016 for the company that did the work.

Great job. Matt called to confirm he was on the way, spent a lot of time and did a great job. 8 Year old car looked like it just came off the showroom. Highly recommend, will use again

Overall was a pretty decent job. Same or similar to what you can get at a reputable full service car wash place like a Mariner's in St. Pete for about $140. I guess for the convenience of having it done at my house was probably worth it, just depends on how much time I have in the future. The two guys that did the job were respectful and efficient. I had to point out a couple of minor issues at the inspection at the end, but they quickly took care of those. Nothing to say negative, but also nothing overwhelmingly outstanding either. Will definitely use again if I need to get a detail during time crunch.

I have to say this is more than I have ever paid before to have my car detailed, but it was 100% worth every penny. The backseat was awful....the product of grandchildren eating and spilling things in the car....and admittedly, I had a few mishaps in the front seat, as well. I had paid up to $75 previously to have my car detailed, and they never really got the interior all the way clean. That is not the case here. My 2008 Honda Civic looked like it came out of the showroom when these guys were finished. They got every speck of every anything off the inside and the outside of my car. There were two guys---I wish I could remember their names to praise them specifically. I hope the management of this team will respond to me with their names, so that I can request the same team again. They did not rush. They took their time and did a fabulous job. I am sending information to my daughter right after I finish writing this review. I would absolutely recommend them again.

My car was so so dirty. Ive had other detailers come out when it wasnt as dirty and they still did not do as good a job as Matt. Matt worked so hard to get my car to sparkel. I was not expecting my car to come out so clean since it had been several years from last detail and I also addded a new puppy who goes everywhere with me. Matt was so polite and you can tell he really takes pride in his work which these days peiople like that are hard to find. I highly recommend this company and I would specifically ask for Matt. He is the best by far!!!

The 1st technician that they sent out to the very poor job. I was not pleased. I called the owner and let them know and she seemed very concerned. So much so she sent another technician out on the weekend to correct the issues that I had. I only mention this because I wanted to let you know that they stand behind her work and they are very concerned with your satisfaction. The technician that they sent out did a fantastic job and I was very pleased. I would definitely use them again.

Five years of messy kid dirt-gone. He was early for the appointment. It took him several hours. The car sparkles! It is wet inside. It will take the seats a while to dry, but so worth it!

It didn't happen because they didn't keep their appointment and then wouldn't call me back. I had an appt. with them, finished emptying my car out and then received a call at the appt. time that they were cancelling and would reschedule but have failed to do so and aren't even answering or returning my calls now.

They did a really good job. They did everything. It was good. They were fine. I'd recommend them.

This was a big deal purchase. It went very well all the way around. There were no issues at all with the provider. That was, all in all, a good experience -- maybe not great, but good. I can't really remember much about them. They are just a little unmemorable. If they had wowed me and knocked my socks off and everything was perfect and wonderful I would have been able to comment more.

My car looked like a brand new one after the job was completed--I couldn't have been more pleased!! Shawn worked with great care and detail for a couple of hours--very dedicated to doing an excellent job and a very pleasant person as well. He made certain that everything was done and to my expectation. It rained most of the next day (of course!) and although I had to do quite a bit of driving that day, the water and splashes from puddles in the road of dirty water just rolled off--I am very pleased. I highly recommend this company--ask for Shawn!
