Mobile Detailers - On the spot detailing

The technician, Shawn, actually arrived about 10 minutes early! He was very professional, well groomed and polite. He set about his tasks, unloaded the items in the trunk and went to work! Everything they promised to attend to - was done! I was extremely happy with the attention to detail from the technician. My car looks absolutely awesome! Shawn totally cleaned up his work area after he finished and notified me when he was through. I am extremely pleased with how well the detailing turned out. I would recommend them to a friend and will use them again in the future!

Overall did a decent job. Missed cleaning the bugs off the front of the car and did not vacuum trunk.

The owner arrived in a late model automobile not a van which would be typical for a $185.00 detail job on a $64,000.00 SUV. All his cleaning supplies were in the trunk of his late model car. The products he used were inexpensive and were not of the quality you would expect for what I paid.The SUV was washed and the lower body was clayed as expected. When I felt the roof you could feel that it wasn't clayed. The wax used appeared to be an off the shelf non-commercial brand and I re-waxed the entire SUV. I have has better detail jobs done at Reeves Imports (Range Rover) in Tampa for $149.00 with much better results and know the work was done professionally. A very poor unprofessional job.

Kristian is running a great business and Keith is the most talented car detailer I have ever seen, yes he is very professional and polite too. First of all they come to you! They will literally detail your car probably almost wherever it is. We had him come to our home and detail three of my family's cars (2008 Lexus ES350 Black/Black, 2009 Honda Accord Black/Tan, 2011 Nissan Altima Red/Black) a few months back and we ended up selling two out of the three cars (Lexus/Honda) by chance too. We had bought two more cars (2011 BMW 528i Black/Tan, 2011 Jaguar XF Grey/Tan) since then and I asked keith to come back to detail one of them and it came out beyond amazing. We have been telling people about these guys and we will keep on spreading their name. In fact my mother wants them to come back next week to detail her Jaguar so I had contacted Kristian on sending Keith back next week to detail her Jaguar too. It's not easy to clean cars this way but Keith really does an amazing job and should be highly noted for it.

Keith and Lindsey showed up to detail our cars and spend nearly all day taking extreme car of our vehicles. Our SUVs looked brand new and better than when we first bought them! My husband and I were thrilled. It made us eager to drive our own cars again. Keith and Lindsey were wonderful and did an amazing job. I'll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic did what they supposed to.

I have temporarily traded cars with my mother, who is a heavy smoker - so much so that the plastic trim near the windows on her vehicle is yellowed from the nicotine. Needless to say, the vehicle smelled like an ashtray, and being 10 years old, wasn't terribly clean, either. The team from On the Spot rose to the task and did a fantastic job - I really do not have enough words to say how impressed I was with the results they provided. The truck looked better than I have ever seen it, the inside looks and smells fresh and clean, and I am extremely pleased. I have already recommended them to friends here at work, and would have no qualms whatsoever about recommending them to anyone who needs some help getting their car in tip-top shape. I will definitely be using them again.

They did a beautiful job on a car that had not been cleaned for years, got years of dog hair off the cloth seats. They worked hard,were polite, and punctual.

I had to reschedule the appointment twice but they were very understanding and accommodating. The datailer did a great job on my Ram Truck and SRT8 Challenger. I would definately recommend them for a professional detail done conveniently at your home.

My family is very busy and sadly our cars were starting to show lack of care. We normally always had time to detail our cars but lately it's been very difficult. I found On The Spot Mobile Detailing and I read the reviews so I wanted them to come by to detail one of our cars. After speaking to Kristian, I decided to have three of my family's cars fully detailed in one day. Keith came over saturday morning and was incredibly professional. You can tell that they have been doing this for some time now because of the amount of care he put into cleaning the cars. Two of our cars are black and one is a dark red, all three have leather interior with moonroof and alloy wheels. The one thing which I really liked is how Keith used clay bar to help smooth out the paint and then polished the entire car, it's amazing how much of the imperfections come out of hiding after that was done. The leather was throughly cleaned and also conditioned so they became soft again. I already told Keith and Kristian that I will be using their services again every few months and to keep it regularly. It is not easy to find someone who will come to your home to not only just detail your car but to also detail it as if it was their own personal car. My family and I are extremely happy with their work and we will be telling others about them.

Scheduling was fine, but we did have rescheduled due to weather. It took around four hours. The vehicle was beautiful, better than it had looked in years.

The detailing was excellent. Workers were polite and prompt. They did very nice work.

Had my wife's car and my 2012 650i done in 2013 by another team of detailers and took them over 8 hours to do both vehicles. This team started with my wife's X3 and completed it in 1-1/2-2 hours leaving a number of areas where they had missed cleaning off the polish residue, etc. My wife is still wiping off spots they missed. My new 650i (2015) was delivered at the BMW Performance Center in SC in August and was completely prepped by the team there to include complete detailing. A coat of Meguiars wax was later applied in October. My car took the about the same amount of time to complete as it posed much less of a challenge than my wife's older X3. One plus is that they did remove some droplets of over spray from her car which were leftover from painting of the carports at our condo. Would I use them again? Probably not , you get what you pay for and that certainly was not $700 (2 X$350) worth of auto detailing much less a $175 per car value Previous detailer charged that ($175) , per car, to do complete detailing including engine compartment (with no polish residue left on either car). Unfortunately, they are no longer in the auto detailing business. Note, cleaning under the hood, I was told, was extra, however they did wipe the dust off the engine and engine compartment. I gave them a $40 tip.

The detail job went very well. The crew that came out were very professional and punctual. The car looked like it was worth twice as much when they were done.

The two took their time and did a very complete job on the van. They vacuumed and washed the carpets and mat. Cleaned and conditioned the leather seats. All windows were cleaned inside and out. After washing, claying and waxing the outside they put a conditioner on the black trim and the tires.

My cat had an accident in my back seat. I like a clean car, and I couldn't get the smell out. Called On the spot- set me up for 2 days later, Brian and Jay worked for 2.5 hours on my car. My Beagle Roxy goes everywhere with me, and the light fabric upholstery was in need of a serious cleaning. They shampooed everything! Not a speck of dirt was left anywhere on my vehicle. It looks showroom new. I couldn't be happier with their service.

My wife purchased the $175 Premium Auto Detailing Package as a Christmas gift for me. Communication back-and-forth was timely and efficient. Keith and a female partner arrived right around the scheduled time. They finished our Highlander in 2 hours. It definitely needed a cleaning (we have a 3 year old and haven't washed it in a while). But I would not say it was filthy (no pets) like some of the other reviewers have mentioned about their vehicles. So 2 hours seemed about right. After they were finished I walked the vehicle with Keith. Everything looked good inside and out so I gave them a tip, thanked them, and they were on their way. A little after they left I came back out and did a more detailed inspection. I found only two issues (both are minor but worth noting): the area above the license plate was missed (under/around the back-up camera) and the cup holders in the 3rd row were not cleaned. Other than that the car looks good inside and out. I was also pleased that they do not use Armor All (if you usually detail your own car you know why). I've paid between $110 - $140 to some other competitors in the area; but, I've never been satisfied after they left. I've always hoped someone would do as good a job as I would. Unfortunately that has not been the case; but, I'm happy to say On the Spot is the first team that I'd use again.

They did a beautiful job. My van was a disaster from kid's toys and spills, and they made it look almost new. The carpets especially were in rough condition, and all stains were removed. They took their time with the detailing and it showed. I like that they come to your house to do the detailing, this is very convenient. They did have to reschedule me from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning, but I was given plenty of notice and this wasn't a problem for me.

Two people worked on the car for over 5 hours. They did an outstanding job on a 2009 Honda Fit that hauled two dogs every day and hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in in a year. Washed, waxed, polished everything. Very hard working with attention to detail. Traded the car in two weeks later and got max KBB price. Outstanding. Recommend highly.

Very cold windy day but the worked hard and did s great job.

They arrived at about 9:30 and didn't leave until after 12:00. Our can looked showroom new! Would highly recommend them.
