Alan went above and beyond! He was so easy to work with, and took extra time to explain issues and answer our questions. He not only pointed out issues, but explained the potential impact it could have on the home. He used advanced technologies and provided us with a 65 page report that included photos of everything and was incredibly clear. Alan never rushed and really took his time to ensure that our needs were met and we were comfortable and understood all of his findings. He really set us up well to go back to the sellers and discuss issues realistically to ensure that the sale of the house was a success. I've never written a review on this site, or really in general, but I had such a positive experience I really wanted to share it with the community. Alan has been a home builder his entire career. Very well. Even though we were already expecting a big list of bad stuff since this house is a total redo, Alan took the time to go over the report and point out some specifics that could have big impacts, including safety. He showed me areas with standing water and no insulation. He also gave me ideas on how to resolve some issues. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
