My duct work is completely saturated & it’s causing water spots on my ceiling. My a/c unit is in my attic. Then he shined his flashlight up the vents to show me the color and said it was definitely extremely dirty. He did not open the ducts in the attic to look at them. He educated me about a few other issues in my attic but they didn't have to do with mold or dust. He also said that I once had a HEPA filter in my AC unit which causes dust to go into the ducts when it is removed and that may be my problem..He recommended I call DUCTZ to inspect and clean my ducts.
In his favor, I didn't realize duct cleaning was not something the AC company did in there bi-annual cleaning of my AC units

We called B-Sain and Butch came out a few months ago based on a referral from an architect that we were using to discuss raising our kitchen ceilings. Butch provided us some different approaches for rerouting the ducts as well as an estimate for each approach. We were impressed with Butch and decided to give him some business handling issues at a few of our rental houses. He has handled a number of issues for us over the last 6 months on anything from compressor or capacitor replacement to a full AC replacement to cleaning out dirty filters and drain pipes. On a number of occasions we have needed service within a few hours and he has always been able to deliver for a very honest and reasonable price. He charges $65 per service call
We have had numerous A/C companies over the years who have tried to upsell and exaggerate our issues. They will tell us we need a new fan motor when it only needs a capacitor swapped out. Or try to sell us a whole new compressor or handler when all it needs is the drain pipe cleaned out. We have been very impressed with Butch and B-Sain and his honesty and responsiveness over the last 6 months. We will continue to send business his way.

They completed the work now one day and made sure the ducts were sealed and expanded the intake in the house. They clean up after their work and left the hue as neat as when the arrived.
Yandro from Air it Cool came out to look at the old Ac system at my new property. The previous owners never changed the air filter and had pets. So a new system was needed as well as the ductwork cleaned. Yandro was able to provide a quote for the work in a couple of days via email. The...

Some of the best methods professionals use for cleaning air ducts include a rotary brush system or a push-pull vacuum system. A rotary brush will scrub dust and debris loose from the inside walls of your air ducts. Typically, the rotary brush will catch most of the dust, but a vacuum will help remove any remaining loose particles. The push-pull method forces air into the duct from one end, and a vacuum on the other end pulls that air and the dust it loosens.
Although you may only need to clean your air ducts every three years or so, keeping them clean and clear can offer several benefits including:
Improve indoor air quality
Help alleviate allergy symptoms by reducing mold and pollen in the air
