These guys are so professional. They informed me step by step what was going to be done, what (if any) issues may exist in repairing it and kept me in the circle on the repair of my laptop. They repaired it quickly and the cost didn't hurt my wallet at all. I was so worried I was going to have to buy a new laptop, but nope....they saved me and all my documents. I have 100% trust in this company. Thank you Dave and John for easing my worries.
