My wife and I can not say enough good things about Rock Solid. This is our second inspection within 10 days as they did such a great job on the first inspection (1st potential house), we hired them again for a second time (second home). The first house we walk away from and bought the second home. We had Vito and holy smokes he is extremely detailed and thorough!! Exactly what you want in an inspection company and in an inspector! Some companies fall short of expectations but not this one! We were Buckeyes (still are!) and being new to the area Vito took his time and explained exactly what to look for and pay extra attention to as climates are completely different and some materials used in Florida are different. This is my ninth home (and probably our last) so I've seen a few inspections. By Far....the absolute best I've dealt with.

Vito was professional. After his work he made sure to walk me through every room and explain any concerns he had and offered ways I can resolved the issues at hand. When I asked a question he answered in a patient manner. He also did not leave until all my questions were answered and I was satisfied. Thanks Vito!

Fantastic. Robert Alexander was the inspector and he did a through inspection and went above and beyond. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and demonstrated lots of expertise by also providing tips and recommendations on specific areas.

Our inspector was very thorough, taking us around and noting points in the home for our consideration. He was very professional and made us feel at ease as he explained exactly how he went about evaluating the home. We are definitely using Rock Solid again and would recommend them to anyone for home inspection

Amazing, aside from minor things the inspection went amazing Vito was so thorough and knew exactly what he was doing. He made my husband and I very comfortable even though I was panicking.

If there was a 0 star option I would use it! Sadly this company missed some HUGE things with my house that have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars! I wasn't told my back porch has had significant damage to it and the ceiling fell in 4 months after We bought our home. There was serious water damage done to the counters and there were warped from it. The roof was described as great and it had MULTIPLE incorrect patches done to it, that have now started leaking less than 2 years into home ownership. When I contacted Rock Solid they didn't offer me one bit of help! When I contacted the people that supposedly stand behind them, they didn't offer me anything, but to buy my house back for less than what I paid for it!The entire transaction with Rock Solid, was more like Paper Thin!

Wonderful. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything at the end of his inspection. As a FHA appraiser, it was interesting being on 'this side' of the process. Would highly recommend him.

When I called to schedule the appointment, one of the owners answered and was very friendly. They had appointments that week and gave me several options. The inspector, George, arrived right on time and was dressed very clean and neat. He was very friendly, told me what he was doing at every point of the inspection, and answered all the questions I had. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I received my inspection report that night.

I was very pleased with the home inspection Vito Bianca, Inspector, of Rock Solid Home Inspections, recently completed for the home I am in the process of buying. Upon my arrival at the site, Vito informed me of the procedure, time and information as to how the inspection would be done. Vito Bianca also inform me of the total time the inspection would take and kept me appraised of progress. At the end of his inspection, he did a walk through with me and pointed out all problems found and addressed any questions that I had. I would certainly recommend Vito Bianca of Rock Solid Home Inspections. The office had my name incorrect, but when I called them, they immediately took action to correct the error.

Rock Solid is extremely good at communication. Heather kept us informed and made sure I's got dotted and T's crossed on the administrative end. Vito, our inspector, was a pleasure to work with. Two items in our reports needed updating but, otherwise, the service was thorough, timely, accurate, and well done. Overall, Rock Solid acts like a company committed to doing well by its customers.

Great! He was very professional. love the warranty. also having everything set up free i will probably use. water, internet, electric etc. a few issues with window and insulation, but other than that no real big problems.

Jason was great, incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went over every part of the even noting missing door stops. He was clear on all issues and answered any questions we had during our walk through. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
