Description of Work: He checked the pool for chemicals. Did no cleaning. Came at a total different time as scheduled. He told me my pool timer did not work, I told him it was just checked and working fine. He became sarcastic and then realized he was wrong. Very unprofessional

I would like you to understand exactly what your $29.00 Dollar service provided: This Offer Includes: Here's the Deal: $29 for a pool service call Service call for inspections and maintenance Diagnostic check, if necessary Cleaning the DE or cartridge filter Testing water pH and chlorine levels Cleaning the pump Backwashing pump and filter Checking and replacing O-rings, if needed 30-point safety inspection to ensure proper pool function. David, I performed a complete 30 pt. inspection and found that there were more than one issue with your equipment. 1. Your timer box as you mentioned was not properly affixed to its housing box and not ON according to time set. I fixed timer box and reset time and it did work correctly as you stated so you were correct about that. However a recommendation was made to replace. Recognized and corrected. 2. Your Pump basket lid was not on correctly and not allowing your system to Prime and flow. Recognized and Corrected. 3. Pump lid 'O' Ring was also dry and needed lube. Recognized and Corrected. 4.Filter assembly was leaking. This was recognized and corrected. 5.Brand new Auto vac was not not properly engaged into Vacuum port which was not allowing your Auto Vac to operate correctly. Recognized and Corrected. 6. Your Pool water chemistry was tested and found to be out of balance. Recognized and Corrected. Please be advised that the $29.00 dollar service does not include Cleaning your pool. You were called upon completion of this service and notified of recommendations and areas fixed from diagnostic check. David, again I appreciate you purchase though Angie's List.
