Rich has serviced and cleaned by pool for the past 3 years. His service is outstanding. As I travel quite a bit, Rich has alerted me on several occasions when problems arose. He explained his action plan and followed through until until the problem was resolved. His prices are fair and my pool was always clean. I highly recommend Rich’s great service.

I needed an urgent Pressure wash of my patio that had been neglected for a few months,. I had new tenants and the patio was black with mold. Rich responded to my needs and did a fantastic job. He did it the same day i asked him and the tiles looked like new. I couldn't have been happier with the work. He also moved all the outdoor furniture and put it all back. Would highly recommend him.

I am writing this because I have been looking for someone to help me with some pool repairs at my home. I received a call from Richard (the owner), despite the fact that he could not help me with my type of repair work, to give me a referral. I just wanted to let everyone know that I was really appreciative and impressed that Richard would give me that courtesy. We have had several pool service companies over the years only to be disappointed with their services. Rich of Petittas Pools is beyond a doubt the best pool service we have ever had. We have been using him for three years now. Rich always informs us of what is going on with our pool. If he is coming at a different time or day he always lets us know. He is responsive to questions, answers messages promptly, and went above and beyond to help us after we had our pool resurfaced. He keeps our pool in wonderful condition. We highly recommend him.

I had just returned home from an overseas trip. My old Hayward 800C pool filter was spewing water from a crack in the housing. Rich, the owner of Petittas Pools, was the first to respond to my request for repair/replacement. We decided that since this model was discontinued, we'd just go ahead with the purchase and installation of a newer model - the Hayward 900C. Despite the fact that he was communicating with me during his family vacation time, he was able to schedule the installation within 24 hours. The installer, Jay, arrived 30 minutes early (which I truly appreciated), and was done about an hour later. Communication was excellent, as was the work completed. Rich and Jay were professional, responsive and wonderful to deal with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide.

Excellent. Rich is a stand up guy and a pleasure to see every week. The pool looks great when he is done and he is always available if problems arise. When my pool pump was making noises and I was out of town he made him self available, off the normal schedule, within less than a day. No hassle pool service and a very personable guy. I have continued service with Richard since the initial Angie's List coupon for this entire year and will continue into the future.
