They were very energetic and had great personalities. They were punctual and they work continually. The cleaned up after themselves. Everything they said they were going to do the did.

They delivered before they said they were able to. The people who installed where very efficient and nice. And they also cleaned up very well and also called back to see how everything went.

They are awesome and really dealt with me nicely. They did an awesome job and when I told them that the custom blind part was not level, they said that they would get me a new one which I thought was really amazing. They are really good, right on time, punctual, very clean and very neat. Their installation people were awesome and kept me up to date with everything. They call me in advance and if there is a problem they will let me know. I am very pleased with them. I like them because I know for a fact that they are insured, bonded and have a reputation with them. They do just deal with anybody; it makes me feel pretty comfortable dealing with the people that work through those.

I am getting ready to buy a new refrigerator, and I will get it through Lowe's. The sales people are all very nice. Originally, I purchased the washer/dryer through them. I got the money back from the delivery fee with a rebate. If you have appliance issues, just deal with Bob. He will bend over backwards for you!

THE INSTALLER STRETCHED THE JOB TO TAKE THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME. HE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE MUCH SOONER, BUT HE SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF ON HIS CELL PHONE. HE ALSO BOUGHT EXTRA MATERIAL AT MY EXPENSE WHICH HE HANDED ME AFTER DOING THE WORK. THEY ALSO DIDN'T TELL ME THAT THE DOOR WOULD COME PRIMED, BUT NOT PAINTED.

THE GUY WHO DID THE REFRIGERATOR WAS GREAT. THE GUY WHO DID THE WASHER AND DRYER WAS VERY IRRITATED THAT HE HAD TO COME THROUGH MY BACK YARD AND THROUGH THE UTILITY ROOM. HE TORE UP MY UTILITY ROOM FLOOR IN 3 PLACES (LINOLEUM). THE FIRST TIME I USED THE WASHER, IT RATTLED BACK AND FORTH AND WATER SPRAYED ALL OVER WHEN IT DRAINED. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THE SAME GUY CAME BACK. HE WAS A BIT ROUGH AND RUDE AND HE SHIFTED THE WASHER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE FIXED THE ROCKING, BUT DIDN'T FIX THE SPRAYING AND HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A PLUMBER. I LATER FOUND THAT I DIDN'T NEED A PLUMBER, THE RUBBER SPLASH GUARD ON THE DRAIN TRAP JUST NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED.
