They did a superior job! Matt was prompt and on time for the estimate and very professional. Their price was about $500 above the competition, but they did such an awesome job it was money well spent. The workers were all polite and accommodating. The job was started and finished in record time and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their pool!

We bought a home with a 25 year-old pool badly in need of refinishing. The pool had a fiberglass surface applied as the surface of the concrete pool shell. We got estimates from three different companies. We found Resurrection Pools on Angie?s List. When the three estimates came in, the one from Resurrection Pools was the least expensive and the most straightforward in terms of price and the scope of work. The work started on time and was completed in one week. The work proceeded just as described. They had to use blowtorches to remove the fiberglass. After all the old material was stripped, they re-tiled the coping and re-plastered the pool. They also repaired cracks in the deck, re-plastered it, and painted it. It looks like a brand new pool. We are pleased with the attention we received from them in all aspects from choosing the accent tile to getting advice on some mechanical issues. They also did some mechanical work on the pool. The office people, sales reps, and workers were friendly, professional, and careful to protect our property. They honored the Angie's List coupon they had on the website. All in all, we were very pleased with the work they did and the manner in which they did it. We would recommend them to you.

Beautiful pool renovation. It took almost a month for many reasons: --The 2" glass tile we picked for the waterline, front and top of the spa, took longer to install in places due to effort to keep from cutting the glass tile. This was at the suggestion of Brian who brought up that we would not want raw cut edges. --We ordered custom glass tiles for the table and steps--these took much longer to install due to size. --We were not clear about what we wanted to use for the spa spillway to match the 2" tiles. Took us almost a week to purchase. Our goal was to make the pool and spa look brand new so all fittings were replaced in addition to deciding to tile areas not originally quoted. The pool has long benches and steps thus much manual work required. All of the workers were polite, very nice and efficient.. The area was always clean when they left. Brian was open to all questions and had good suggestions because we weren't entirely certain what we wanted. Our pool was installed over 15 years ago. So, beware, if your pool equipment is old, a resurface might stress it to the point of having to replace and repair parts if not all. Our filters just died and had to be replaced. Because the equipment was off for so long, we started getting leaks in the solar pool heating system (roof top panels and piping). The auto-fill stuck open and water was filling and leaving the pool for two days, etc. etc. We help the economy by being totally fix-it incompetent. We were surprised when they first arrived to work as we had not received the call they were coming. Glad we were home. Also had some questions when they would be coming back. However, all we had to do was call to find out. There was a small issue with the special order accent tiles in that no one knew there were enough tiles to install as originally intended. As a result, they were not installed. When they realized that there were several additional boxes, they offered to remove the already placed tiles and re-place them. We decided against this because we are happy with the look. These issues are minor compared to the beautiful job done and it looks brand new.

I am very satisfied with Resurrection Pool. They were very professional and precise. They had a lot of patience so that I could choose the right material and color. My pool looks so beautiful now. I highly recommend Resurrection Pool to anyone who wants to have a very good service in a short time.

We had our pool RUINED by Fiberglass Pool Doctor of P**** Gorda. We found Resurrection Pools on Angie's List and had them come down and provide a quote to fix the damage. We accepted their quote and were waiting for a date for them to do the work. We were away at the beach for a few days when I got a call from Matt at Resurrection Pools. He said, your pool is done! We came home to find a sparkling clean repaired pool!! What a birthday present. It had been so upsetting trying to deal with the incompetence and destruction caused by Fiberglass Pool Doctor that we had given up on a satisfactory resolution. (They never refunded our money and we would have to go to court to pursue this.) But contacting Resurrection Pools was the best thing we could have done. They were responsive, professional, understanding and extremely good at their jobs. I wish I had used Angie's List in the first place and I would have avoided 2 years of misery and would not have lost $9000 to a company incapable of doing what they claim. Resurrection Pools had excellent reviews and I can certainly understand why and enthusiastically add my excellent review to the list. Thanks Matt!

Bryan came by and was very nice explained everything in detail and gave us a very fair quote. Would have used this company if I didn't get a matching quote from another company a family member had just used and was extremely happy with.

I have an old pool with a number of spots showing various degree of discoloration. In addition the pool drain was broken and there must have been a leak somewhere there. Finally, the pool light was not working either. I found Resurrection Poll by reference. I managed the whole project remotely. The office stuff is very friendly and helpful. Brian visited my site and explained all options that I had with my pool. I chose a pebble surface with life time warranty. We scheduled the work and all was completed in 3 days. I am very happy with the work and with my pool.

Overall did an excellent job. Provided estimate very quickly. Completed job prior to a scheduled trip that I had planned. They arrived when promised for estimate. Do feel that I should mention that I asked for 24 hours notice so that I could remove furniture and plants from area. Unfortunately they did not give me notice and just showed up and began to work. By the time I went to the pool area, they had removed old coping and I continue to struggle with dust that remains in plants and on pool deck, as well as cage. Despite this, I am quite please with the outcome and would have them do work again. Post job clean-up was my only concern. The coping looks beautiful.

Very good work. Due to rains, they were not able to get to us right away and slowed down their process to finish painting our decking. Though the rains are not in their control, we had to keep calling them to find out when they were coming out since they had not kept in touch with us. In the end, they did a great job and for a great price. They have us a couple options and quotes right up front and we will be calling them back in the future for more pool upgrades that we want. We were impressed with their professionalism at time of quoting and provided us references and proofs of insurance without us even asking.

They started the job on Monday, and finished on Saturday. Very prompt; very professional, great pricing. A joy to work with!

Our 30+ year old pool had never been resurfaced, so it was long overdue. Our pool had also begun to lose water due to a large crack that had developed over time. This company has a Port Charlotte address, but they also serve Lee County, including Cape Coral where we live. Brian gave us a good price for the leak repair (I was told they used "hydraulic cement") and a new surface with a lifetime warranty. Because of the leak, they began work almost immediately. Like dummies, we didn't remove everything from the deck beforehand, so don't forget to do that before you start a project like this. Dust everywhere and totally our fault. From start to finish took less than a week, and it looks fantastic! We elected not to replace the tile or deck at this time, and Brian graciously repaired a chipped tile that was bugging us. in fact they just left after putting the necessary chemicals in the water. Many thanks to Brian, Matt, and everyone at Resurrection Pools. We would highly recommend their services.

Matt came and gave us an estimate the entire work took 3 days to complete from emptying the pool to refilling. The crew was prompt and did an excellent job I would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Matt the owner is hands on. He gave the estimate and dealt with me on all changes. His crews seemed smart on their respective roles. I liked the fact that he had different crews for different aspects. When I provided him a punch list of details to finish, his team was there and were willing to do whatever was to make me happy. I will share that he was in the mid-range of the 5 estimates I got, and naturally the cost of the pool renovations is always higher than you expect.....but the result is an enhancement to your property. I would use his company again and would recommend him w/o reservation.
