They don't have Costco's quality control, you don't feel like the merchandise in there has been checked by anybody for quality. You feel like you are going into a store, and what ever they got a discount on they're handling. So if it's appliances or home improvement things, you know you're always a little leery of what you are getting. That no one's really looked at the tile and see if it chips easily or doesn't.

They were subcontractors who delivered and installed the refrigerator. When they came the cabinet man was here and my cabinet man seemed to be more helpful than they were. He did more of the work and showed them what to do more than they knew what to do.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This Lowe's is the absolute WORST! I can't recall the amount of issues I have had with this store in the past, from ordering items online that show MANY in stock only to have them cancelled minutes later (then subsequently taking over a week to get the money refunded to my credit card), horrible customer service (constantly can't find items that supposedly in stock) and today was the straw that broke the camel's back.
I purchased $300 worth of patio furniture from them, have been using them for a bit over 90 days and ALL of them are rusting, I brought 4 chairs and 2 loungers back to the store and Robert the Seasonal Department Manager was EXTREMELY rude and said and quot;there is nothing I can do for youand quot; no offer a replacement, refund, nothing! After trying to reason with him and demanding to talk to the manager he got even more rude and ordered my wife and I out of the store or he would call the police.
We will be disputing this charge with our credit card company and filing a formal complaint with Lowe's Corporate against this store and Robert. We will NEVER step foot in this Lowe's EVER again and doubtfully would ever buy from any Lowe's EVER. There is a reason the Home Depot just down the street is always packed and this Lowe's is usually a ghost town, horrible products + horrible customer service.
Save yourself the hassle go to one of the 2 Home Depot's just down the street (Wiles and 441 or Atlantic and University) both are LIGHT YEARS ahead of Lowe's.

We had no problems with Lowe's, none at all. So far, the refrigerator is working excellent. I like Lowe's. We also bought an extended warranty with the refrigerator. It is a wonderful machine. My daughter was the one who went to buy it but she told me that they were very nice. They are nice people.
