They are really good. I like to use the dealer because the guy working on the car went to school and knows what they are doing. They have always do the work right. I have been using them for years, they have an on line system to book appointments. If the wait is going to be long they will take me home instead of having me wait in the waiting room.

They get an "A" on everything.  They're very professional and friendly.  Got the job done quickly.

They have been pretty good. I take the car there for periodic inspections and they are good about telling me any problems that they find. They make recommendations about things that needs to be repaired immediately or things that I need to keep an eye on or maybe repair later. They don't try to sell a whole lot of things to me. They bring my attention to things that need to be looked after immediately and also about the things that I need thing about the future. The price is worth it. They are very good.

I have a new car so I don't really need any mechanical stuff. The experience has been good; I keep going back there and have not been anyplace else since I bought the car. The physical plant is very nice and the waiting room is beautiful. Most of the people there are nice and some are not so nice. The workmanship seems to be excellent and I am very pleased with them. As auto dealers go they are so busy all the time but they do a good job and they made the waiting thing really comfortable by having a first class lounge for the customers; it makes it nice.

They are the only Ford dealer here in town, so that is where I go. When I go in for an oil change, they might say if there is something that has to be done and they do it. I would rate them highly.
