I had an appointment and was there for 4 hours.  They did not ask if I wanted the white letters on the inside or outside and they
installed the tires on the rim with the letters facing in.  I had to wait for them to remount and balance the tires.  They did give me
a free oil change for the extended wait time.

I've been using them for about three years. They are more expensive but you pay for the quality. I've had to call them wondering where my car is.

I had a coupon for the oil change. The price is about the norm for a dealer, and I only prefer a dealer working on my car. I go to them because they the only Ford dealer in town. They tell you what you need, and they don't push you. They told us a few months ago, and they told me that I would have to do the brakes in a few months. We bought the car there in 2009, and we have taken it there for service. They have been professional, answered questions, and if they didn't know, they are good about looking it up.

I have been taking my 2000 Ford Explorer to World since we relocated to Pensacola early 2012. Have done everything from routine scheduled maintenance to engine replacement and I have always found them to be the consummate professionals. In this case, the driver's side seat belt mechanism is no longer available in the Ford supply system. I found a replacement on the internet and they agreed to install it when I brought the SUV in for scheduled maintenance.

They did not charge me for doing that. I have typically avoided dealers service departments, especially since I tend to keep my cars until they fall apart around me. Routine costs are moderated by generous coupons for various service packages and World seems to make a special effort to support Ford products no matter the age, although I have yet to take them my 1966 Mustang! I highly recommend World Ford's service department.
