This was one of the biggest mistakes I made during my remodel. I thought I was getting a professional company. He subcontracted it to two guys who would show up for 45 minutes at the very end of the day and then leave. I suspect they were doing illegal activities while at my job. They didn't show up,with any tools. At some point Mark showed up with a couple of people, none of whom knew how to do drywall. At the end of the job I was left with a horrible drywall job on my new Sheetrock . I am having to complete the job myself. Huge hassle! One of his employees ran over and broke my fence post. He told me he would fix it but hasn't . I liked mark and was very disappointed that he doesn't have the professional skills to do the work.

"im sorry you feel that way but the job was 3400 to finish sheet rock with texture and just Prime you charge me around $500 for painting and you wanted a smooth finished wanted you didn't pay for it you said get it close enough and you will finish it and I still went above and beyond you complain about everything and I have pictures of before and after I've been an extra week standing because you change your mind after we started i cant be held responsible for other people i subbed out work to because u were rushing i told u three weeks a week in to tge job you wanted me to bring more guys and i did come back and seen no break in gour fence we supposedly did I would not recommend you either ty for your business"

I will continue to use Mark for any work on my house. The list is still long and he's the one to do it. If someone is needed for a task he doesn't happen to do - I'm working off his references because he has surrounded himself with talented hard-working friends. You won't be disappointed if you call Mark.
