A former tenant of mine was interested in renting a property they manage and was given "inadequate" instructions on how to completely fill out their forms. Edward Neighbor, is their leasing agent and has horrible communication between clients. My Friend specifically asked him to CALL her during the application process, which he refused and then continued to email her when in almost every emailshe asked him to CALL her. He gave little to no detailed instructions on how he wanted paperwork he emailed her to fill out. then he went on to accuse her of not filling out the paperwork when he said to only fill out the top portion when both the top and bottom needed to be filled out. He was very condescending when he spoke to her on the phone. This guy just had the WORST customer service I've ever heard of and wanted people to know how this guy treats their potential clients.
