A couple of months after installation I called to ask for quote on one more window. They would not return my calls. I went with another co. for this one blind. Recently, after renovations to our home, one set of mounting brackets needed to be replaced. I have called Vertical Land half a dozen times. They will not return my calls. I have been promised over and over that owner would call me. I now consider myself lucky that my blinds function well because there is apparently no service after the sale. They do not seem to care about customer opinion.
