I thought that I was going to need four new tires because of a nail in one of them and I was impressed with their honesty. They took a look at it and told me that it was easily patchable and I did not need new tires. The fact that they gave up a sale of $1,000 for maybe a later business was impressive and they did not even charge me for the service. It was the best price since it was free. They just said, "We want you to come back when you need us." I would definitely go back to them when I need tires. They also took me in immediately.

Number one: price was excellent for the area. Their knowledge of what I needed was excellent. They had no problem with me buying the parts and using them. The staff was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door and they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will use them myself for future needs.

Vannoy's got me in right away and confirmed that I had a loose valve stem. They removed the tire, deflated it and tightened up the stem, then inflated the tire to the correct pressure and remounted my wheel.All of this was done with no charge, which I really appreciated. The few times that I've used Vannoy's, I've always gotten excellent service from them.
