I have dealt with them for 20 years. I do not bother going anywhere else anymore. They send me a postcard whenever my car is due for a rotate and balance. They rotate and balance tires free after you have bought them. There has never been a problem with them. Their customer service is outstanding. They provide free rotation and balance. I have the postcard hanging on the refrigerator right now for another due, I think in every six months or six weeks or whatever, I have never checked the dates I just wait for the card to show up. I had one warranty claim with them on a set of four Michelin tires and I could not believe the warranty, it was wonderful. They did not hesitate.

They were courteseous and did the work very quickly. They have great follow up and will remind you when you need to take advantage of your free rotation, without trying to upsell you. They have excellent customer service.
