From my wife... I was not there for install:
The men arrived on time. Had proper ID and documents. They first attempted to install the wrong carpets in the wrong rooms. They blamed Home Depot, but the carpet sizing prevented them from screwing up too bad.
Then, I asked them to 'tuck under' the carpet in the tiled edge. I had told Home Depot how I wanted it done and they understood, but when,y wife gave them the instructions on how to 'tuck' carpet they said that it is impossible. Then they argued with her so ip she called me. I explained how I wanted it (since I was paying for it) he told me he understood. When I came home 2 days later, he didn't tuck the carpet and the carpet tact strip cuts you when walking into the bedroom.
Poor service and rude to my wife. Unacceptable.
