Leon was awesome! Thank you Leon. He always returned my calls promptly and came out when he said he would. I definitely will keep using his services. The yard looks great and it really made the house look like a home again instead of a mess! Thank you!

I have a home for sale in Pensacola and it was in dire need of yard cleanup after being vacant for several months. I received several quotes from other providers who wanted $500+ for this service. Leon quoted only $150 for this and started work the same day he called me. I received pictures from my sister-in-law, who was there painting and he did a fantastic job. He was able to do this at a lower cost because he has a machine that vacuums up the leaves. Leon will be doing my monthly maintenance until the house sells. He was happy to receive payment over the phone (which I did not do) or a check in the mail (which I sent).

Leon was willing to do a property for me with the understanding
that I was out of state and could only pay him monthly.
With blind faith he took care of my property no questions asked.
My understanding from the renter, Leon has done a GREAT job

Our backyard was a monster with grass nearly 2 feet high because our mower was in the repair shop. Leon was able to fit us in the day we called. He was very quick and efficient. The price of $60.00 was expected considering the condition of the yard. His normal price for the size of our lawn, both front and back, was quoted at $45.00 which we believe is extremely reasonable.
