Mr. Watson was very professional and offered us several options to correct our problem.  The information he gave us was very helpful and allowed us to make a decision on having the flooring installed in our old furnace opening or having the entire section refinished. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a very reasonable estimate in a very timely manner.  His attention to detail was excellent; in addition we received a follow up call from his office a month later regarding the estimate and was very much appreciated.  I would highly recommend Troendle Hardwood for any type of flooring refinishing or replacement.

The work was completed in 4 days, arrived on time and worked all day, kept everything clean and after picked up all wood pieces from that days job. I love my floors Thanks again Rhonda Gene and installer Chris Great Team!!!

It was difficult to get the services scheduled. This was a whole house renovation and getting the other subs finished and the house heated so we could get on their schedule was a challenge. Rod and Rhonda let me know they were booked four weeks out.
The work they did was excellent. The house is over 50 years old and the floors had never been redone. They look great.
Tip: Cover EVERYTHING with sheets or plastic, especially the walls, windows, shelving and the kitchen. The sawdust went everywhere and I spent as many days as they worked cleaning the house. And I still have not gotten it all.

The consultation was thorough. We had all the floors in our 1950's home repaired and refinished. We also had new floors installed in two rooms of the house. All work, new and old, matches perfectly. The job was completed in a timely fashion. The crew was well mannered and focused on getting the job done. We will definitely use them again to complete the floors in the rest of our house.

They were extremely helpful with my questions and gave me advices on how the job is done.

I was real please with them and they did a really good job. They got it done quickly and really well. They came a couple of days early to do the work. The installer did a super job and I will use them again in the future.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimator to come. He called ahead of time and arrived on time and spent at least 45 minutes at the site he explained what needed to done in each room to get the best finish. He took my email address and I had a detailed proposal that afternoon. I paid a deposit and they put me on the schedule for a time we both agreed on. They called early that first day to say they were on the way and showed up on time. Two men came with company shirts on and a company logo on the vehicle. They explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take (3 days). They worked a full day each day they were here completing what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Someone from the office called each morning to tell me they were on the way and when I could expect them to arrive. When they completed the work they gave me an invoice for the balance and very detailed instructions on how to care for the floors. I am supposed to get a call from the estimator/inspector from Troendle within the next week so he can come out and check the work once the floors are cured enough to walk on. The floors look great I am very satisfied with the work. I used them based on a previous report from Angie's list and I am glad I did. It was refreshing to deal with a professional company.

The process took a week and was completed on schedule by two highly skilled, professional men. The estimator was very diligent in following up with me on the progress of the job. I don't recommend living in your home if your have your floors refinished. There is a tremendous amount of dust even with the dust controls that they have in place. This cannot be controlled by the contractor, but is just part of the process. You can't go wrong with this highly professional company.

Our indoor fire sprinkler broke and flooded the first floof of our home. Rod came out immediately and met with the adjuster and water remediation company people and coordinated the timing of repairs. His crew was timely, professional, careful, and the work was completed on time, on budget, and beautifully. We had used Troendle previously in 2005 when we restored an historical home. Rod and his crew sanded , repaired, and refinished all the floors in the 2 story house- again without a hitch.
