Well in November of 2006, I got back online, found a home I wanted to see and e-mailed the agent who happened to be Tom. In less then 5 minutes I had a response. I could not believe it. It was 9:00pm in Hawaii so that meant it was 3:00am in Pensacola, FL. I let Tom know my intentions and he sent me listings everyday until April when I left Hawaii to Pensacola for four days to find my future home. Tom found us our home in two days leaving us time to complete all our necessary paper work in which we got time to enjoy the area before heading back to the Island. When I returned in July 2007, I closed and moved in on the same day with easy, precision, and not one hiccup. I am still in aw as to how easy Tom had made everything for us, and how much fun buying a home really was.
