Came out to look at my property for a quote but never got back to me with the quote he promised in 24 hour, or ever. Glad I chose a different fence builder.

This company had no problem giving my mother an estimate for service. This company had no problem coming out to install the fence and collecting their money. The problems didn't come until after the installation. The fence hadn't been up more than a year and has already fail apart. The fence is poorly constructed and cheaply made. We have been trying to get this company to come out for weeks and all we get is the run around. This is the worse company and they do not stand behind their motto of good customer service. Do not use this company!! Cheaper isn't always better!!

I checked with other fence companies, and they were all higher than Tornado.  They did great work and got it up in a few days.  They were prompt and courteous.

the fence looks good overall, BUT  they failed to come back and repair the faulty boards in the gate.

This was the most frustrating encounter with a company I have ever had. Their work is poor, their work ethic is poor. Don't use this company!!!

They came out late to bid the job, came back two hours late on the construction day and broke the sprinkler head that I had showed them before they started.  I discovered the sprinkler head was broken when my sprinklers came on and water drained out all over the ground. The installer broke the sprinkler head when he dug the corner post hole and then filled the hole with concrete and left the broken sprinkler head to set in the concrete as it hardened.  Hank C****, the owner tried to say that the sprinkler head might have been broken before his man installed the fence so I told him to come see it and he would see that the broken head was set into the concrete.  He never came by to speak with me or see the damage because he said he was working on a large job in Destin but I saw him the same afternoon working on a commercial job three miles away near the Pensacola Airport.  He did send a person to repair the sprinkler three days later.  Avoid this company at all costs.

I had an excellent experience. I didn't have to be around for the installation. I had spoken with the manager to get the project started and they came right out and installed the gate.

A fence company was hired for the express purpose of constructing the fence to the contour of the ground. We have several animals and have always had fences installed such that the bottom of the fence touches the ground. Yes the top of the fence is not level but nobody has ever noticed. I showed up at the house and half the fence was up--but put up with the top of the fence level which left huge gaps at the bottom of the fence. Some of the gaps approached a foot in height. I complained, asking that the fence be done according to my intitial desires and was told that they did not do fences that follow the contour of the ground. I told them that I could have had the fence installed in 6' sections by a big box store and gotten the same thing for less money. I ended up having to spends hundreds of dollars to have the situation corrected. Everyone who comes over asks me who botched up the fence job. If they can't build a fence as requested, then they should either tell you up front or not take the job.
