Do Not Recommend. The only thing decent was that the materials used were of good quality. Workmanship poor at best. 1: Pipes only buried 2" to 4" below surface. Was told they would be 8" - 10" below surface. He used a trench digger that went down 12". since the ground is mostly sand, the trench filled in quickly - never bothered to clear trench, just laid pipe high. 2: Discovered leaks in connections - in main pipe and near valve maanifold- would not responds to calls to fix. 3: Had to fight to get a rain sensor. Even though it is FL law kept saying it wasn't necessary. When he finally put it in, he wired it directly to the master valve and not the control box. Thus negating the sensor by-pass on the Rain Bird control box. 4: Wire going from valves to control box he cut several feet short. His solutions was to splice it using simple wire nuts and filling with PVC cement and then electrical tape. Results - shorts. Had to redo using silicone filled water proof wire nuts (which I offered him) and silicone tape. 5: Said he would return after so installed to reset sprinklers - never shower & would not return calls. 6: Trench lines never raked smooth - just left with hills and valleys. Packed up tools and left. 7: He did next door neighbors at the same time (lowered price for doing 2 homes together). Neighbors experiencing same problems. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN
