Terry was initially difficult to reach but, he later came by to provide an estimate for all the repairs. The job went quickly with his partner. He said he had a year warrantly on his work. Two weeks after the job was complete, I was sitting on the porch with my mother and we heard a sound. Three gutter guards popped out and landed on the ground. Nearly two months later, all the gutter guards on the side of the house have either popped out or are about ready to. My sister and I have tried numerous times over the last two months to reach Terry. A voicemail is always left with no return phone call made. We expected the job to last more than a couple weeks. Not sure what to do next. Before contracting him, I made sure he was licensed and insured. What can I do to get this resolved for my mother?
