After calling for service an appointment was set for only a couple of days after I called.  He arrived on time and quickly repaired the problem. The repairs were done satisfactorily  and I was satisfied with the cost.

Terry Lambert did a very professional and neat job. He was prompt, courteous, and quite reasonable in his charges. I plan on using him to install a gas line and tankless water heater later this year. Terry does not use email but returns his phone calls pretty quickly.Terry is an independent businessman who takes pride in his work.

After my wife said FIX IT, I checked with three plumbers on the list and one recommended by my daughter who had recently had similar work done. The three estimates ranged from $1500 to $1960. In this economy, I chose the least expensive one.
Called and had the services locate and flag the underground utilities. Turns out Terry had to do the same, since he was the one who would suffer the fines if they were checked. After the mandatory two day wait, Terry showed up at 8 am and began the digging. When I returned from work at 3, he was getting ready to bury the new pipe. He had installed three double y clean-outs, but had to uproot a 35 year  old azalea to get close to the house. He says the fix should last more than 15 years (but offered no warranty). I questioned him about one of the clean-outs in the front yard that stood about 6" above ground, but he said it was necessary for the worker to find for any cleaning that might be required. The backhoe did a good job of filling in the trench, even if it was partially filled with the broken terracotta pipe. He was able to leave the same day with the job complete.

I would definitely tell people to hire him. I would continue to use him because when I’d had a problem, he came out and fixed it for free. His price is good. The quality of work is excellent. He’s very good at responding. He’s punctual and professional.
