Furniture - Sales
Superior Furniture sold me a sectional & matching ottoman on 7-26-08. I took the ottoman that day because they claimed they did not have another one. It was a display. The sectional would be at their store on 7-30-08 to pick up. We went to pick up sectional on 7-30-08 at the store & they didn't bring it because it was damaged. We wanted our money back because it would take 2-6 weeks before we could get another sectional. They gave us our money back on the sectional ($999.95) but would not give us our money back on the ottoman ($199.95) because we had already taken it a few days earlier. This was a matching set. If they could not get our sectional for us we feel that we deserved all of our money back. This was a matching set. We bought this sectional on condition that it was in their warehouse ready to be picked up on 7-30-08. We wouldn't have bought it if we had to order it. They didn't honor their agreement.
