Spanish Trail Family Physicians

She seems to be in a bad mood every time I've seen her for the past year or so; she snaps back at the slightest question ..She seems to perceive questions as a challenge to her professional status. In the past she has been an excellent , caring physician. I have no idea what's bothering her now. But taking her bad mood out on patients is not acceptable. She also has it in her head to send patients to physicians she approves of and if you say no, I don't want to see that person, it is obvious she's not happy with that.
She has a big problem with her office staff that she is apparently not addressing. They act as though the patients are an intrusion in their lives. The office area behind the reception window is a mess..stuff just thrown around, paper on the floor etc. But the main problem is their very negative attitudes..They sometimes carry on what appear to be personal conversations with each other and ignore the person at the desk waiting to talk with them. Also I have no faith that they transmit messages accurately . The examination rooms are clean, but the hallways and desk areas are messy..I'm surprised that Dr. Buckley puts up with such unprofessional behavior on the part of her staff.\ I have decided not to continue with Dr. Buckley as my primary physician. I just don't want to deal with her bad attitude and her staff's incompetence and sloppiness.

I changed to Dr. Willis about 3 years ago and I recommend him highly. He listens to you, does not rush you, and has diagnosed/treated me correctly several times. I am almost always able to get through to his office or to his nurse without making numerous calls or leaving voicemails. They are very responsive.

The medical assistant always checks weight, blood pressure, pulse.  Asks for any changes in medications, and questions regarding previous medical history.  I appreciate the care they give their patients, having been to providers in the past that did not give that same care.  Dr. Buckley has always been very good at listening to any issues I may be having.  I had a terrible time with migraines, having one almost every day.  After starting treatment, I went down to approx. 12 a month.  Now I have one or two a month.  Last month I didn't have a single migraine!me
