In July 2015 we purchased and had installed a NightOwl security camera system from Sir Veillance Security Camera Systems. In February 2016, just seven months after the purchase and installation, the system failed. We contacted Sir Veillance and were told they no longer dealt with or serviced NightOwl products. When we complained that the salesman/installer assured us the system was top of the line and fully covered by a five year warranty. The company's owner, Brian Webb, offered to sell us a new system at a reduced. When we informed him we wanted the current system to be repaired he told us to call NightOwl and take care of this situation ourselves. To date we have had no satisfaction in this matter.
