When we were in the process of starting a move from out of state to Pensacola we set up an appointment to look at several homes we had seen on the Internet.  When we arrived at the office the agent, a pleasant but obviously very inexperienced young person, informed us that she had taken some cold medicine and couldn't drive.  We wound up driving in our own car, following the van driven by another Blanton employee who was accompanied by her infant child.  They told us they didn't have the right kind of auto insurance for us to ride in the van.  That was certainly a first, especially the baby part.
We actually found a house we wanted to make an offer on.  Blanton himself suggested a price that the sellers found so insulting they flatly refused to continue negotiations.  We kept in touch with Blanton when we returned home, to keep an eye on that particular house.  We had a question about the property lines that he either couldn't or wouldn't answer.  At any rate, he didn't.
We crossed these weirdoes off our list, permanently.
