Removed old shower insert and plumbing. Frame in and install drain pan and relocate plumbing for new rain shower and handheld shower. Tile walls and floor. Install new exhaust fan to remove humidity from bathroom.
Only had one issue with color of grout on dark stone floor, Larry returned within 3 days and personally corrected the grout.
The best experience I have ever had with a general contractor. He called me immediately after I called him on 9/16/13 about getting an estimate. He came by the house on 9/20/13 to discuss with me the work i needed done and take all the appropriate measurements for an estimate, which he had to me in less than a week.
We fine tuned the estimate into a final contract and he began work on 10/7/13 and completed the job on 10/15/13. He took time to discuss with me any issues that came up about the construction and had recommendations to resolve those issues. He left the space cleaner than when he arrived. He did a great job - perfect lines throughout. All subs were very professional and nice.
Larry is a nice guy too and very easy going. We liked him so much, we are getting an estimate from him for concrete work on our drive way.
