 + -1 morefrom the drivers, to the management at the store, to the corporate office it was handled extremely poorly.
Description of Work: On april 14th rooms to go delivered our furniture. The driver of the truck backed into our powerlines, then pulled forward ripping our electrical box from our home. They damaged the whole facade of our garage, ripped the masonary work from our house as well. On top of all that they refused to pay for the damages

 + -1 moreIt is good for cheap furniture if you have plenty of time to wait and don't mind if the order comes in multiple shipments. I would not use them if time or efficiency were important to me.
Description of Work: The floor sales people were polite and attentive but they added warranties to everything that we ordered without telling us so the final bill was about $930 more than we were quoted and we caught that by reviewing the full invoice before they arrived to make delivery. The furniture took two weeks to arrive and when it did, one of the pieces had a 4 inch piece broken off and we had to send it back. The actual movers were polite and worked very diligently.

Description of Work: Beautiful showroom - Diane helped me and though I haven't purchased yet - she was not a pushy salesperson. She was patient in showing me many styles and designs.
