Reflections Landscaping, LLC

We hired Reflections Landscaping to complete an huge yard renovation. Now that the job is finally completed, I feel it is necessary to share a review with others who may be considering hiring this company. Ultimately, we are pleased with the outcome of the project. Our yard looks great and it is what we were hoping it would look like. However, this company has very serious issues with the lack of communication and adhering to the quoted completion timeline. You will have to pursue them continually to get answers or information. When you do get an answer, you are not guaranteed that it is accurate. The most important aspect you should know is that the estimated completion time they quote you is almost irrelevant. With the clauses in their contract, there are no repercussions for them if they do not complete the project on time. We were quoted a 3-4 week timeline but instead saw 12+ weeks go by before the job was completed. I have seen other people state their concerns about the workers/crew members. There was absolutely no concern for us there. They were respectful and worked hard. (Also, popsicles are very much appreciated by the crews on hot days.) Overall, I am quite conflicted. I have serious concerns and reservations about recommending them due to how long it took for them to finish our project and how little they communicated with us throughout the process. On the other hand, our yard looks good. So with that I say hire them with caution.

Two days after halfway cleaning flowerbeds they were back to the same as before. Tried calling numerous times to speak with Mark on the quality of their work but never received an answer nor did they return phone calls. I know they were receiving messages because after I called concerning one of the trees was falling over they did show up five days later to stake it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The owner, Keith, was at first very friendly and when he came to the house to give me an estimate, seemed very professional.  We agreed his crew of 2 people would come to the house and cut the grass about every 3 weeks.  I suggested May 1st as a good day to begin, and he agreed.   I requested he call the day before his crew came. 
On Friday, March 27th, a member of Reflections called me and said they would be out to cut the grass on Saturday, March 28th.  I told him I had business in town that day and would not be home and that it had been agreed the crew would come out MAY 1.  The person on the phone then told me they only cut grass on Friday and Saturdays in my area.  I told him this was a surprise to me and that Keith and I had agreed upon May 1.  Again I was told they could only cut the grass on Friday or Saturday.  I then said to wait another week to May 5.  He agreed.  On Monday, March 31, I called Reflections and left a message that I did not want them to do my lawns.  I felt, after thinking about it all weekend, that they should have told me they only cut grass on Friday and Saturdays and not agree to do it when Keith apparently knew it could not be done on May 1.
May 4th, about 6pm, I got a call from Reflections Supervisor who stated they would be out tomorrow, May 5, Saturday.  I told the man who called that I did not want their service and had left a message last Monday stating this fact.  He asked why and I told him I felt I should have been told about the Friday and Saturday cutting days before agreeing to the service.  The man then asked "if I expected them to come out to my house only whenever I wanted them and not when my neighbors were getting their grass cut".  This made me angry and I told him I did not want their service and to not call again.  A few minutes later, Keith, the owner called and asked why I had told the superviso
