I was trying to sell my property and had reduced the price by over $15K, but after speaking to a representative I began to consider renting out the property. The company completed a rental analysis and was able to rent my property out for only $100 less than my monthly mortgage. Now when the market comes back I will be able sale my property for its actual value! I leaving town and they screened the applicant, handled my walk throughs/showings, collecting rent and virtually every aspect of the process for us. They saved us Thousands.
