"I did not have a contract with this member. My company did have a contract with his friend. Several times during the contract this member approved work that his friend later refused to accept. It was a less than optimal line of communication. I am disappointed but not suprised by the comments. I knew two weeks into the job that I could not please this customer. She was disatisfied with my work, my sub contractor's work, the fence contractor's work, her car, her vacation and everything she talked about to me. I take pride in the satisfaction of over a hundred customers over the last seven years. I reluctantly accept that this customer could not be pleased by me or my company. However, I won a similar whole house renovationn contract based on the quality of work on this job after giving a prospective customer a tour of the project."
