During the 4th quarter of 2012 my alarm began going off around 2:00 am periodically. I made service calls, but they would not come to my home until they were in the area in Mobile Co. When a technician finally did come by, my alarm continued going off. My concern was that if we ever had an actual breakin, we would think it was another false alarm. A technician came over on 1-21-2013 and my home was broken into on that Friday 1-25-2013, but I thought it was yet another false alarm. I cancelled yet another police call, but went home just in case. When I called to get my contacts and siren repaired, they could never tell me when they would be coming over. I ended up repairing the items on my own. I didn't receive a return call until later the next week. By that time, three other local alarm companies had already come by to provide quotes for new service. I cancelled my service on 2-5-2013 by email. I called to verify whether or not Quality Alarms had received my email and they said yes. In this email, I also sent them a copy of my 3rd quarter's alarm history. I also asked for my February refund and a confirmation. I never received either. A few weeks later someone called to check my system because they realized it wasn't being monitored. I told him what had happened and he said he'd check on my refund. I never received an answer. On March 6, I realized Quality had billed my account again. I called and spoke to the agent in the office that I originally sent the email to. She gave me an excuse about how they were having a problem with their emails and fax. I didn't tell her that she had confirmed receipt prior. I was just glad to be done with them. I find myself two weeks later still with no apology for the delay and without my refund.
