My experience did not match that of others who have used this service, apparently. First of all, the description of the cleaning process on their web site which had persuaded me to try them bears no resemblance to reality. It says, for instance:: " Step Five...Thorough agitation and extraction with our "Drimaster" powerhead that gently agitates and extracts 98% of all the water used to leave your carpet dry in 1-2 hours." This is simply untrue. The technician, however, did tell me that it would take 6-8 hours to dry. They used my water (which I really didn't like) and the carpet took a full 24 hours to dry. It also doesn't smell quite right now and I fear the possibility of mold or mildew.
The love seat could not be cleaned with water because the color bled. It was dry cleaned instead. This was a disappointment because I wanted the seat cleaned because of a cat accident. Dry cleaning was of no use. Even though the cleaner admitted that this was not as good a method as water based cleaning, I was charged full price ($ 55)
What else? Well the cleaner showed up a full half hour early. I had just returned from running errands and was trying to move small furniture in the living room He said that he had called and left messages but he had only my work number. In my opinion, unless you get explicit agreement to move the appointment, the default should be to keep to the appointed time.
On a positive note my carpets looked good after the service. But the experience reminded my why I do not like carpet cleaning that involves saturating the carpet and "extracting" the water. I will not do this again, unless I must for some reason.

"Thanks for the feedback. I looked up your job ticket and spoke with your technician who was at your home. First, I apologize we showed up early. We do pride ourselves on showing up on time, but on some occasions we may arrive early. If we do arrive early, we normally ask if it's okay to start early and if you cannot have us earlier, we do gladly come back at the appointed time. On the sofa dry cleaning: If your sofa proves to not be colorfast, we can clean the sofa with our low moisture process, however, we leave this up to you. If you decide you want to take the risk in wet cleaning a sofa that should be dry cleaned, we can indeed wet clean it for you. Our technician was only trying to safeguard your sofa from harm. On the carpet drying time, we apologize. Normally our carpets are dry to the touch within a few hours. In your case, where we had pet stains, we normally spend a little more time rinsing the carpet. This can make the carpet take a little longer to dry. It's all in an effort to give you the cleanest carpet we can give you."

All the people I spoke with were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaints I have is when the worker vacuumed the carpet before the actual extraction cleaning process he vacuumed so fast (in my opinion) that it was virtually impossible to get any of the imbedded dirt out which is why we wanted the carpet professionally done in the first place. The other thing was after the cleaning the orbital device was only used on 2 small "traffic areas" and I thought it was to be used on all the area that was cleaned, maybe I misunderstood the process. The carpeting is in very good shape as there are no major dirt or tracking spots, this was more of a maintenance cleaning and that seemed to go well. My main concern was just the pre vacuuming procedure.
I probably would use them again but I would definitely make sure the vacuuming was done better.

, They are punctual, inspect the floors for spots, etc. ,pretreat, stay until job is done to my satisfaction, offer free services for being a repeat customer, are well mannered and professional, guarantee/warranty the work, and will return if I find a spot has returned.

Dropped of the rug, which had been sitting in an attic for over a year. It was wet, had mold and smelled foul. They worked on it for two weeks and were able to remove the mold and bad smell. They were very professional. Highly recommended.

Our cat had gotten sick on the carpet and left some nasty stains we were unable to remove by ourselves. We called Premium Carpet Care and they came out. They told us before they did anything they may not be able to remove all the stains. They quoted us an agreed to price. Before they started cleaning they tested the carpet fibers to determine the type of carpet we had so they would know which chemicals they could and could not use. They did this to avoid destroying the dye in the carpet. Then they cleaned the carpet. Unfortunately because of the type of carpet and the type of stain, they weren't 100% effective in removing the stain.
We appreciated their approach and their care. They were also very professional and very punctual. We would recopmmend them to others.

I decided to go with Premium Carpet Care not only for the price, but the gentleman that answered the phone had a superb attitude and was glad to give me a free quote over the phone! The 2 gentlemen that came were very professional. They started off setting an expectation for me and fulfilled it quickly and efficient. My only complaint is they were an hour late. I'm not sure it was due to a problem at a job before our appointment or poor scheduling at the office from a job across town. Either way, there price and professionalism makes up for that. Great Company.

When I called on the phone to set up an appointment, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He gave me an estimate for several rooms I was interested in having the carpets cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised that the next available appointment was just a few days later. Two men actually performed the carpet cleaning. Both were very friendly and did a wonderful job. It has been about 2 weeks, and my carpets still look wonderful! I highly recommend this company!

Wonderful folks doing a tough job with grace and good humor. The carpets looked as if they had not been cleaned in months and had spots that looked permanent. They worked until the carpets looked and smelled good. Will use them again and have recommended them to friends. I remember that his estimate was higher than a couple of others, but his guarantee just seemed better. In the end, it was worth every dollar and even more because I did not have to replace the carpets. One room was very bad and we agreed to give it a try. I was not expecting the try to work, but it did. They were very neat and considerate as well. They cleaned up completely after themselves. I appreciated that he called back a few days later to make sure nothing had bled through afterwards.

This company is owned by a Christian man. They are very polite and very clean. While they are here they do a very thorough job to make sure it is done right. Their work is very detailed.

I've used them a billion times. I use to have them come out and clean my carpets but now I got new carpets. They clean so much better than I do. I must have been insane because I had them put white grout in my white floor. I have them come out because they do a really good job. They always back their work. When I had my old carpet, I had a dog and of course my carpet was white and they always took care of that. If the spots returned they would come out and get it back. They pay extra attention. I would use them again probably in about two more months.

I have used this company for all of my carpet cleaning for the past 12 years. You can find cleaning services a little cheaper than this one, however, you will not find one that does a better job. I don't mind paying a little more for superior service. I sold a home recently, on Garcon Point, that we owned for 10 years. Premium provided the cleaning in that home the entire time. When we sold it, the original carpet was still installed, and still looked very good. Will continue using them for all my carpet cleaning needs.
