The love seat could not be cleaned with water because the color bled. It was dry cleaned instead. This was a disappointment because I wanted the seat cleaned because of a cat accident. Dry cleaning was of no use. Even though the cleaner admitted that this was not as good a method as water based cleaning, I was charged full price ($ 55)
What else? Well the cleaner showed up a full half hour early. I had just returned from running errands and was trying to move small furniture in the living room He said that he had called and left messages but he had only my work number. In my opinion, unless you get explicit agreement to move the appointment, the default should be to keep to the appointed time.
On a positive note my carpets looked good after the service. But the experience reminded my why I do not like carpet cleaning that involves saturating the carpet and "extracting" the water. I will not do this again, unless I must for some reason.

We do pride ourselves on showing up on time, but on some occasions we may arrive early. If we do arrive early, we normally ask if it's okay to start early and if you cannot have us earlier, we do gladly come back at the appointed time. On the sofa dry cleaning: If your sofa proves to not be colorfast, we can clean the sofa with our low moisture process, however, we leave this up to you. If you decide you want to take the risk in wet cleaning a sofa that should be dry cleaned, we can indeed wet clean it for you. Our technician was only trying to safeguard your sofa from harm. On the carpet drying time, we apologize. Normally our carpets are dry to the touch within a few hours. In your case, where we had pet stains, we normally spend a little more time rinsing the carpet. This can make the carpet take a little longer to dry. It's all in an effort to give you the cleanest carpet we can give you."
I probably would use them again but I would definitely make sure the vacuuming was done better.
