I am Christian and run my business based on 28 years of experience dealing with good customers, great customers, ok customers, hard to deal with customers, bad customers, and those who want what they want when they want It. I run a business to be in business and have been for several years or I would not be here. When you feel the need to curse at me and become irrational I do not have to resolve your issue, but I always take the time to explain things. "I guess you shouldn't tell someone to come out when they have time to do a small repair and your in no hurry. I'm not going to drive two hours one way and back unless I am in the area. The customer asked me to call him when we were in the area. First time we scheduled we were rained out. The next two times the customer was not home when we were in the area, so I'm not really sure how that's my fault for not communicating. If your not home and I have to wait for you to be home to do the work, then you should probably be home if it's that important to you to have it fixed. Most jobs we don't have to have someone home to do the work."

"We always do the best we can when it comes to customer service. I always try to communicate what is going on with our schedule and plan around the customers schedule. Unfortunately, two and three weeks of rain means we had to reschedule this job a couple of times. While many understand some see it as a downfall to customer service. The weather is not something we can control. We are a small family owned business which means I work on every job we do and have to answer every call the best I can around working. However, the positive side to being on every job is knowing the job is getting done right with my experience and not contracted out."
