We are a local and family owned business operating for over 40 years. We specialize in metal, single-ply, modified, glue down and shingle; residential and commercial roof systems. All roof replacements include a 5 year labor warranty as well as the SPECIFIC manufacturer warranty. Ask about our HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS SPECIAL. YES we have "SENIOR CITIZENS" as well as "ACTIVE DUTY" discounts! *we do require a deposit upon signing contract

The worst roofing experience ever!  Failed to pull proper permits, shoddy workmanship, constantly argumentative, took much longer than quoted, didn't start when promised, also installed a gutter where the downspout was left hanging free - wasn't even attached to anything.  Counterflashing was incredibly ugly.  Just a horrible experience overall.

"After reading your review and others we noticed that you had posted a similar review but stating a different installation date. We did some digging and are unable to find any record of work performed at the adress on either of the dates or at all. We did read on your previous review that the roof did not leak, regardless of whether or not we installed it, THAT is a good thing and we are glad to read. If you can supply us with a copy of our signed contract we will be more than happy to supply you a copy of and uphold any labor warranty that was promised. Also, we are more than willing to have an official inspector look at and approve the roof to code if necessary. As far as the deposit, that was and is standard. We always require approximately one third down of a contract as stated in our contracts and on angies list. We are determined to satisfy our customers good and old so please contact us if there is something we can do. Pensacola Roofing"

They replaced my roof after Hurricane Ivan in 2004.  They crew was on
time, quick and did a good job cleaning up after the job.  I also
managed rental property in Pensacola for a few years and Pensacola
Roofing did all of our rental house.  They always did a professional job.

They did leave some nails left over from the roof in our yard.  The cleanup was not as good as it could have been.  They did a good job.  Considering the situation, their responsiveness was great.  They were here early in the morning on the day they said they would be and got the job done.

They were fine. It was only one guy. He was very nice and very professional. I did not have any problem getting him to come out. He came out when he was supposed to. His price seemed reasonable; I did not compare it to the other companies. The roof is not leaking anymore. I will use him again in the future.

Horrible. Demanded a deposit up-front; promised the work would be complete withing two weeks, didn't start for two months, and it went down-hill from there. Didn't pull required permits - had to get the building inspector involved to get repairs done to code, poor workmanship, poor cleanup, counter-flashing job was the worst I have ever seen. Company took the money and ran. Refused to fix cosmetic issues. Doesn't leak -- at least there's one upside.
