It went well, tech. arrived at stated time and proformed the service as directed. We needed a deadbolt that locks on both sides of the door with a key, he didn't have one with him so he had to go back to the shop to get the item. There was no extra charge.
Very satisfied with this service.

Professional, on time, great service.

I called to get the locks re-keyed at my home. They were able to get me a same-day appointment and showed up just a few hours later. The person who came was prompt, friendly, and professional. I had purchased a coupon for fewer locks than I had (my mistake) and the person who came on-site was very gracious in calling his supervisor, who was also very gracious in adjusting my bill accordingly. Fast, professional, and friendly. What more can you ask for?

This was the second time I've used their services. The first time was to add some locks on interior doors and this time I needed some outside door locks. From the first call to choose the locks (I was looking at pictures on the website) and set up the appointment, it was a pleasant and professional experience. The ladies in the office helped me decide what I needed and even recommended a less expensive version which would be just as secure. Great advice! Then they emailed an estimate. We waited for the equipment to ship and then set up an appointment. The day the locksmith came out was chilly and grey, but he worked with a smile and a positive attitude. He took great care to make sure the lock was properly working and took extra time to make adjustments.

When ordering they have the product and/or service when they said they would.The most responsive yet, and I have used them before.  They will try to help on the road or at the shop.  As a retired law enforcement office, I know a bit about locks, safes, security.  These  men and women are honest, and know  what they are doing.  Most reasonable rates I can find.  FRiendly, never talking down to a customer about their master trade.

The service person arrived a bit early, worked steadily, and was very courteous. He was top-ranked on Angie's list and I can see why. I mentioned to him that I had selected them becuse they were highly rated on Angie's List and he said "we know; and we plan to keep it that way."  Based on my experience, I think they will.  I highly recommend them.

Service agent was courteous and professional. Work was performed satisfactorily and agent cleaned up after himself. Service agent provided instructions on operation of new lock and made sure it was functioning properly before he left.

Original service call was to fix a broken storm door lock that would not latch. The locksmith explained the problem and showed me how to order the replacement part, which I did. Since he could not fix it on that call he did not charge me. When the part arrived I called them back and he came out to swap the bad part for the new one.  Mr. Williams was prompt, professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with a lock or security problem.

Went great.  Easy to deal with and did the job as I expected.

Examined each lock and started in.  Despite some of the locks not having been touched for years he made each one work and keyed them all identically.  I went from six separate sets of two keys each to just two keys.  These guys are good and I will use them in the future.  Bobby "Da Lock" you "Da Man"!
