There is no question that Kent is knowledgable and skilled in his craft. He does nice work and works safe. He is very friendly, but once he has the job, one starts to feel that he's trying to squeeze much more money that he intimated it would cost. I would use him again but only with an ironclad contract that clearly spells out the details, draws, and the overall price. I was lucky and rewrote his contract to reflect a meeting of the minds. If I hadn't I get the feeling we might have ended up in court. In the end, I have to admit he did a good job for a fair price but we butted heads. Also to his credit and to be fair, I paid him up front money and he could have bailed on me at that point, but didn't.
