Auto Service
Car was towed to this provider. The alternator assembly was removed and replaced. Picked up the car the next morning and on the way to work noticed that the air conditioner was not working and there was noise under the hood. Provider forgot to connect the air conditioner up. Had to take the car back to service, making for much inconvenience. Also, within 2 weeks had another breakdown due to the serpentine belt breaking. This could have been prevented if the provider had paid attention at the first repair.
