It was the smoothest process I could’ve ever asked for! The guys were absolutely understanding and accommodating especially with my insane anxiety about having to do it in the first place. They literally walked me through each step (like hand held) explained when they were expanding out lines into the addition of the house that was not heated or cooled and also gave us tips on things we could do ourselves to help better insulate our home. We absolutely loved them and will absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone that will listen!

I had left an excellent review before I realized Panhandle did not leave me with the 10 year Rheem warranty information. Have tried to obtain via email and phone calls with owner for 2 months and owner keeps saying he submitted it for me, not to worry. When he finally did send me something, it was the installation manual, not the owners manual and warranty info I'd been very specifically begging for. Today I got online with Rheem and there was NO warranty submitted for my purchase, so I am doing it myself 2 months after the fact! Owner fully expected me to use his "word" as proof of my warranty.

It went really well, they showed up the same day and gave me an excellent price compared to the others and took the time to explain to me everything they were going to do. They came out the next day and installed the system and I have been able to spend more time in the garage.
